BRIEF SYNOPSIS:

In the land of Alterea, there exists four kingdoms: the kingdom of Ice, the kingdom of Fire, the kingdom of Forest, and the kingdom of Darkness. For as long as the kingdoms have existed, there has been an uneasy balance... And now, the kingdoms are at the brink of war. The peace is nearly broken, and tensions are high. What will happen? Will the kingdoms coexist? Will one remain while the others are crushed? Will there be betrayal? Forbidden love? Wars? Only time will tell what becomes of the kingdoms, the royals who control them, and the people who live there.

All the kingdom's royalty meet up every full moon at a tower in the center of all the lands for a meeting

THE KINGDOMS:

Kingdom of Ice:

Appearance: The people of the Ice kingdom are pale, with blonde, white, or occasionally light brown curly hair. They usually have blue eyes. They wear blues, whites, and grays, and sometimes incorporate fur into their outfits.

Lands: The land of the Ice Kingdoms is an icy, snowy, cold chunk of land surrounded by water, detached from the rest of the other kingdoms. (See image)

Characteristics: They are known to be clever, and very strategical. They are some of the most level headed.

Advantage over other kingdoms: They are some of the best battle planners, and have an advantage when it comes to one on one ground conflict.



Kingdom of Fire:

Appearance: The people of the Fire Kingdom have lightly tanned skin and dark eyes, with black or brown straight hair. They usually wear reds, oranges, and yellows.

Lands: The lands of the Fire Kingdom are mountainous and rocky, and very desert like: it gets extremely hot. They also have a volcano in their territory. Despite the heat, they do have a river. (See image)

Characteristics: They are famous for their strength and fighting abilities. The people tend to be hot-tempered and sometimes violent.

Advantage over other kingdoms: They have the best warriors, and are less likely to have their kingdom taken, as they have the most strength.



Kingdom of Forest:

Appearance: The people of the Forest Kingdom are pretty tanned and have dark brown or red hair that tends to be short. They wear bright colors, often incorporating flowers and other plants.

Lands: The lands of the Forest Kingdom is all forested, with snaking rivers and snow-capped mountains. It is usually cool, but it can get warm, especially in the humid summer months. (See image)

Characteristics: The people of the Forest Kingdom tends to be the most caring, and have advanced healing skills and survival knowledge. Oh, and they're great tree climbers.

Advantage over other kingdoms: With their great healing, their warriors and other injured people heal faster, and tend to get hurt a little less often.



Kingdom of Darkness:

Appearance: The people of the Dark kingdom are average skinned with dark or red eyes. They have dark hair usually in a Gothic style. Their clothes are dark colored, but usually black, dark blue, and some dark green. They usually have dark make-up.

Lands: The lands of the Dark Kingdom are very moist, with either marsh land or forests. There is one very large river with smaller streams. (See image)

Characteristics: The people of the Dark Kingdom tend to be sneaky and vicious, especially in battle. They can sometimes be a bit cold and harsh.

Advantage over other kingdoms: They have the best spies (because of their sneakiness), and can more easily obtain information with less risk of getting caught.

1. Kingdom of forest territory (castle represents where the kingdom is in it's territory, not what it looks like)

4. Kingdom of Fire territory (castle represents where the kingdom is in it's territory, not what it looks like)

5. The Sacred Temple of All Kingdoms. This temple is in the middle of all four kingdoms and acts as a meeting place of the Kings and queens.

6. The Serpent's lake. This lake separates the Ice kingdom from the rest of the kingdoms.

7. The Volcano of Fire. This Volcano is located on the territory of the Fire kingdom. The volcano is partly where they get their name from. The Fire Kingdom have learned to survive amongst the volcano.



Characters:
While you get to design your characters yourself (I have to accept them, though), you can make one of the below characters. You can have up to four characters, but only one royal each! Make sure to reserve in the OOC section to make sure you get the character you want! You may have characters in different kingdoms. (Ex: queen of fire kingdom and citizen of Ice kingdom). While there isn't a set number of anything (besides queens, kings, and healers, try and keep it equal! (I won't allow six princesses and 1 warrior in one kingdom!)

Citizens would be things like bakers or blacksmiths, or children, teens, or people without jobs. Or siblings of people you already have. You could be another characters sibling (not referring to princes and princesses) as long as you PM them about it first, and get their okay.
