Perry named his tank because a report said that all tanks were destroyed in an industrial accident. He was found in it under several tons of rubble, the tank only scratched. It has a 110MM gun that fires armor piercing or incinderary rounds. Also has a machine gun mounted on top.

Personality: Drepressing and emo.
Background: Growing up bright near the borders of Estia, he was happy with his family. Until the Slavarian army killed his family and left him for dead. He was absolutely sure that he was going to die that day, but he didn't. Neither did he die the next. He survived a full week with nothing but rain to drink. When a Estrian scout found him, he really was going to die, but the scout took him back to camp before he did. After he recovered. He told the captain to give him the biggest gun they had. He looked at it, then looked at a tank. The captain denied his request for the tank, then Perry left the camp to go to the city, where he immediately got into the tank manufacturing plant. He designed his own tank, and didn't allow anyone to make anything he could do himself. He focuses, using every pore of his being to make the perfect tank. He, in his opinion, succeeded. As soon as he was done, however, a tank's cannon went off, destroying a load bearing wall. The entire structure started collapsing, but instead of getting out of the building as fast as he could, however, Perry chose to simply shut the door of his tank, locking himself in. When he was found, he simply smiled and said "Its done." After repainting and arming, 'The Exception' was deemed combat ready. Perry sold the designs of the tank but pointed out a modification he made to the first one; he made it so that the control's were very complicated and different than most other tank. Only he can pilot it. After little thought, they approved him for combat.
