His arms a bit more toned than the rest of his body, but his power is in his legs. There was slight definition on his torso with a small pocket of belly fat near his waist line. Though he rarely was out of uniform do to his strict schedule , but in the rare chance he gets time he tends to be in a tank top of solid color different colors each time, and lightly loose fitting jean pants and his black service boots. Outside of that he was in his uniform with his service equipment. His hair, after the liberty was granted, just slightly above shoulder length dark brown at the roots and slight fading to a lighter brown at the tips. His deep sea blue eyes took away from his facial features but enhanced them at the same time.

Personality

Vitalik is shy but obedient. He, even when in dis-agreeance, always did as he was told. He prided himself to himself on how trustable he was. Between his obidance and trust he gained other qualities. He was easy to talk to but he didn't talk only listened. More often than not he was a logical thinker, never letting himself have the pleasure of emotional thinking after he enlisted.

History

Vitalik was a troubled child, but not to a point of emotional scaring. He decided that when he hit sixteen that he was going to forage his father’s signature to enlist. It was everything he needed. A roof, food, and a bunk. The water always fascinated him as a child, he didn’t have the chance to sit on a sandy beach and listen to the rhythmic sounds of the waves rolling up the grains of sands. During his basic training he was a decent rifle shot, but pistols were his game. He didn’t know why but he felt most comfortable with it. After his numbers he applied for the ability to get and carry his own service pistol. It was granted on several conditions. Sadly Vitalik didn’t listen about those conditions and has been passed up for promotion casing a large about of stress on him. His pistol of choice is the Beretta Px4 Storm full size 9mm. Semi-automatic, custom finger dented medium sized grip with a 17 round Magazine that he only kept 15 rounds in not including the one in the chamber, that he loading before putting it in the magazine. He didn’t add anything else to it though. It added more weight. Not that it added a lot but it made a difference to him that he didn’t like.

Due to being passed up for promotion Vitalik didn’t care for anyone else in the Russian Navy. He had one goal and that was to make Chief Ship Starshina before 25. Now it was looking like he would have to be in for life because of it. It was then that he received orders that he was being moved to Ottawa. He tried to contest but it didn’t mean anything to them. It made no sense to him why a diver would be sent to Ottawa. They had only rivers for the most part.

Upon his arrival he was sent right to the Godia camp that the 25th RIF was protecting. He didn’t have a choice. He didn’t have any options. He was then trained in the Godia powers. His being water, he couldn’t help but laugh at that. He was given a post on the river front and a rifle. Vitalik is now on night watch duty on 12 hour shifts from 1800 to 0600. From 0700 to 1200 training in his water Godia. Due to his affiliation with water he kept both a canteen and camel pack, canteen for hydration the camel pack for the water.
