Personality: Arthur loves to spend his time learning everything about every subject possible. He is gifted with an incredible memory and loves out classing others with his knowledge. Asking him about Physics and Biology and he'll quote every textbook he's ever read. Arthur is very much displeased by fiction books and he considers them hogwash and wonders why on earth someone would want their heads in the clouds when there are far more interesting things right in front of them. Arthur isn't too much interested by politics but he has learned a bit upon his parents request and now that he has been sent to discuss such political things he has been reading up and learning the ins and outs of systems. Arthur is very much an individual and he prefers to get things done on his own rather than working in a team, he has difficulty understanding how certain people react in comparison to him and therefore can't communicate all that well with them. Arthur how ever does love to debate with people and enjoys the victory as well. Arthur does have a sense of class and he enjoys dressing up for most any occasion. Suits and bow ties are his staple and he can rarely be found in casual clothes, because of his taste in clothes Arthur has an extreme dislike for any rough housing and often will just sit and watch, he prefers to talk things over and use his wit to get him out of a situation rather than his fists.
History: Arthur's parents had a great influence upon his life, he loves them and wants dearly to impress them. His goal is to have his father pat him on the back and say 'well done boy' Its a simple goal but harder than it sounds. Arthur's father is a loving man indeed but it takes a lot to impress him. Arthur found himself reaserching, when he was a child just so that he might try to gain some praise out of his father when he spoke intelligently, alas with no effect. Arthur was expected to be perfect and since it was an expectation there was no need for praise. Arthur supposed the only way that he might get praise from his family was to be one step above perfect, but such an achievement was impossible at a boy his age.
Arthur had a nanny named Marie whom he loved dearly. She always encouraged him to try his best and push further. She brought him all kinds of books and helped him to further his knowledge. Arthur was terribly distraught when she fell ill and could no longer take care of him and he grew cold toward his new nanny and soon his frostiness turned to everyone else. His drive for perfection turned him away from everyone and he fell out of emotion. Arthur spends most of his time alone, but when the opportunity arose for him to travel to Nevea, Arthur decided that perhaps this was the time for him to get that approval that he has been wanting all along. He is determined to do anything in for his parents.
