Whisper once, the words of the wise.
Personality: Mir sees himself as never as strong as he could be, never the best. He knows there is always something he could improve upon. Despite this, he knows when someone knows less than he. Still young, he is prone to his bouts of arrogance now and again, but recognizes it afterwards. Rarely does he apologize however. He likes being alone to think, the quiet of nature always comforting. The company of others his age is a bit of mystery to him though, spending much of his time with Cloud and the other elders. He is loyal to his Covenant and has a deep sense of justice, to right wrongs.
Mir carries two daggers, each bejeweled with enchanted gems for protection and swiftness.
He always wears his scimitar at his side, its pair lost in a duel. It is his favored weapon.
Against his hip, he always wears a leather pouch that he collects herbs in for healing, nutrition and some just because he likes how they smell.
History: Mir was born to a sic k mother who died upon his entrance to the world. His father had been away on business, trying to scrounge up enough money for his new son. His return sent him into a depression that lasted years, into Mirβs adolescence. Not having a father-figure present in his life, Mir sought out others to fill the void. The first was the bar keep, who ended up beating him to a pulp for spilling wine. The second was the blacksmith, who taught him much about swords and fencing, but ultimately discharged him due to the shop closing down because of bankruptcy.
The third showed Mir a different kind of world than he had ever experienced. He was a fast aging man, hair and eyebrows white, but his spirit gave more the effect of a young man ready for an adventure. His name was Cloud, his Covenant name. Mir followed his teaching well, learning much about the Covenant, concealing its name to memory and never uttering of the group ever outside of the circle.
Rumors of the Great Vandirra reached the Covenant across the Felcon Sea. By this time, Mir had learned enough to give even Cloud a run for his money, his concentration and expertise with casting, enchanting, sword wielding and healing on par with some of the elder members. Because of this, Mir was tasked with finding the Great Vandirra across the sea. He was given the background of the creature, its origin and how its role in the worldβs plan. Mir accepted the mission, wanting to prove himself to the Covenant.
