Name: Nancy Clearwater
Age: 17
Race: Witch- Nancy's bloodline specialises in herbs and potions. People tend to call her bloodline 'nick-nack' witches because they horde many items in their homes and always have small nick-nacks on their person. From shrunken heads to wishing bones and herb baskets to candy that gives you hairs on your chest her witches have created potions for just about anything! Her bloodline have had their fair share of brave hearts and bad apples so they're considered a neutral coven. Nancy had her great, great, great, great, greatgreatgreatgreat grandmothers book passed down to her which contains all the herbal potions each generation has created and perfected!
Personality:
Nancy is a young witch…but like many of the monster youths today…she hasn’t got the same edge her ancestors had at her age. Witches should know they’re beautiful. Nancy think’s she ‘human average’. Witches should be confident with spells and their imaginations should be vast like the horizon. Nancy has about as much imagination as a snail and her confidence is rickety. Despite the slight wilt in her confidence she has a very short temper. Easily irritated, flustered and embarrassed Nancy takes to loosing her temper about most things. Her patients is evidently thin and therefore her tolerance levels for making potions is next to none. This possibly makes her the worst witch ever!
Not to mention the fact Nancy doesn’t really appreciate being a witch. Humans refer to witches like they all have wacky hair and warts. Nancy doesn’t want to be associated with that! She wants to cool?
History/ Other: The Clearwaters are quite a large family and its traditional for witches to live with at least 4 or 5 generations all in one house. However due to modern times Nancy has never really experienced as she lives in a house with just her mother and father and family members dotted about the neighbourhood.
Grandmothers are also the ones who tend to discipline their grandchildren and teach them the ropes behind their mother and fathers backs. Nancy’s missed out on this also because her Grandmother is in the council and so her presence is desired often at overseas meetings.
These are a couple of major things that have probably caused Nancy to turn out the way she has. As pets she has two very fat cats and a humming bird. Nancy is pretty much RUBBISH at potions but she doesn’t know it yet as she is yet to complete a full potion!! She’s never done anything from scratch and I’m sure there is plenty more things she hasn’t done as a witch that she doesn’t even know exist.
