Physical Description
Though not openly known, Ceil and his sister are indeed identical tiwns. Thanks to his efforts, most of the obviousness of their relations are now invisible. However, some sembalance remains, just hidden away. Both being pale, and both having remarkably soft hair (by artifice or birth, it has never been found out). But the crown jewel in their similarities lies in the eyes. Exactly the same in shape, color, and size, the extent to their detail goes to show how close the twins once were in appearance. In fact, they would still be identical if not for their only difference; Ceil's physique. While both of them being tall, Ceil never had any of the impressive strength of his sister's. He was always skinny, and had the fighting capacity of a human. A human! Ceil once had inky black hair, setting his pale skin to a slightly sickly tone.
Then his transformation began. He wanted attention, he wanted to change like his sister, but most importantly he never wanted to be like Zahn again. Not ever. So Ceil trashed his dark clothes, dyed his hair, got some peircings, and tada! Over the years, Ceil has become very stylish, wearing clothes that fit his skinny frame.
Personality/History
Ceil's eccentric-seeming personality is the result of being ignored as a child. He was shoved aside to make room for his sister, who was the stronger of the two. His sister! Ceil was always physically unfit, never seeming to be able to make his skinny arms sprout any muscle of any kind. He tries though, and often. Before he was sent to the Universal-T, he was reminded daily of his unimportance in the family, but when he finally entered the First Branch, reality hit him. People thought he was charming, cute, and even popular! This permanently inflated Ceil's ego, turning him into the appearance-consious fellow he is today. Life was going good for Ceil, he was good-looking, well-liked, and his sister wasn't. She was fat. Which was the most important part. Finally he could get a taste of what Ceil was born into. Of course, she never realised how much Ceil disliked her. But then that dislike completely ramped off the scale one parent visiting day. Ceil was already practically spitting with rage due to Zahn's sudden transformation. The folks, of course, swooned once more over his sister, ignoring the large pile of achievements Ceil had sweated to create just for them. Why didn't they care? Was he not good enough? Apparently not, because by the time Mom and Dad left, Ceil had been scorned more times than he cared to count, and Zahn was the next head of the family. Of course.
Ceil, as the freak he was, had never undergone what his sister did. He grew up normally, or, for a dragon, very abnormally. Except, on the same day as Zahn's transformation, Ceil had woken up lean. As in, no longer skinny. But of course, nobody noticed in the chaos caused by the 'new student'. And that was when he underwent his own change. Ceil's looks gradually began to change, gradually dying his hair till it got to his desired color. More and more piercings over time, and his fasion sence growing with experiance. And nobody even noticed. His cherry on top was his glasses, which he used to hide the glaring similarity the twin's hold in their eyes.
But, in this time, it wasn't just his looks that changed. He went from the naturally popular, to the manipulating sneak he is today, practicing his every reaction and statement beforehand so he could be the 'perfect' person. Ceil grew to read people and their silly little relationships easily, even creating his own little 'friendship bomb' out of boredom that, when activated, would most certainly tear the school apart with drama and litter the floor with broken hearts. While his sister remains stronger than him, Ceil has made the school his own; sitting in a web of connections and always surrounded by his ever-changing 'court'.
Ceil has an extremely brilliant mind, and has used it successfully in many trivial matters such as becoming student president. Trouble is, that in matters dubbed as serious, Ceil will always fail. He will rush, becoming sloppy and desperate, the exact opposite of his usual lazy ruthlessness.
Crush
None yet, but it would have to be someone that could completely suprise Ceil, someone he wouldn't be able to understand. They would have to see through his deceptions and tricks (especially unlikely; it's doubtful even Ceil's 'best friend' even knows about his true mental state), and like him anyways. They could not fall over him, like most other girls, and would have to put up a decent chase.
