Personality: Kira, in one word, is a masochist, but for a good reason. She does things to make herself bleed, but it's no for fun. For some reason, after bleeding, the whole world becomes crystal clear. She is more alert, it's like the world is crystal clear, and she can think better. She has no logical reason for what happens when she bleeds, but she doesn't care. Despite seeming like some heartless being, if you can nudge your way in, you probably won't get out. Underneath her hard shell is a kind girl who cares about her family and friends. She's going to try and win this for her family and she really wants to be able to see her sisters again. She doesn't talk much, staying silent for long periods of time is very easy for her.

History: Kira grew up as the oldest in a rather big home. Her parents had twins after her, a year younger, and then three more, 3, 4 and 5 years younger.Because of this, her dad got two jobs and almost never sleeps, only a few hours each night. Her mom started a job as well and left Kira to take care of her siblings. As soon as she could, Kira got a job and started working every night, missing the time she usually had with her sisters and brothers. She signed up for tesserae 20 times her first year of reaping. She's signed up different amounts of time each year, depending on how well her family was doing.
How they got in the Hunger Games: She was chosen, which isn't a surprise. Her name was on at least one hundred slips of paper. The reason, she has five siblings and helps take care of her aunts family.
