{H I S T O R Y}- Danny grew up in what was formally South Dakota. His family, his clan, was a moving groups of raiders and traders. They moved across the Midwest and to cities like Chicago to trade or steal from those who had anything valuable. For Danny it was all normal, since everybody did it. He even took part in it, once, during a raid on a town for their gas.
One trip, when he was fourteen, Danny, his brothers, and his father traveled far to the coast to negotiate a deal with a Firefly leader regarding supplying them for ammunition. When they finally got there the deal went sour and the Fireflies turned on them. He was shot by an arrow and his eldest brother was gunned down. Then his father told them all to run and did Danny run. He ran like he never ran before. It was as if God Himself was pushing him to do so. When he stopped he was alone and the bleeding was bad. He sloppily pulled the arrow out before poorly patching himself up.
It was actually Ethan who found him passed out days later. He cared for the boy and after that Danny just stuck to him. The rest, well, is history
