Introduction
It's 54 years after the dark days plagued Panem, and the twelve districts are growing restless with the Capitol controlling them without end and killing 23 innocent children a year as well as 47 people four years ago during the Quarter Quell. The thought of revolution is drifting through whispers and tears, though all thoughts of redeeming themselves for the Capitol are quickly silenced since they realize the consequence of revolution is a most certainly painful death. The people have almost lost all their hope, though are still holding onto life for the things which give them joy. A child's smile, genuine and pure which they come home to after a long, hard day which had seemed to have beaten the life out of them. The melodious song of a mockingjay replying to them during a brutal day of work in the fields.
The 53rd Hunger Games have just ended, and they were as rough as they usually were. The Victors don't really have to price of freedom as was promised by the Capitol and are instead forced to abide with President Snow's strict laws. New peacekeepers have traveled to all the districts, especially the poorer ones, to make sure a revolt doesn't occur. The 54th games still aren't for many months, but everyone tweleve through eighteen or anyone with loved ones in the age range is already worried for them, and the darkness continues to loom in the back of their minds. Work continues in each of the districts while the people of the Capitol party and shop their lives away mindlessly while wasting everything the twelve districts have provided for them. Contained revolution is in the air, but will anyone have the courage to make amends with the Capitol holding them on a tight leash?
Where will you fit here? Will you be a child eligible for the reaping, either scared or eager? Will you be a victor, damaged or proud? Will you be a stylist or escort from the Capitol, oblivious to the horrors around? Will you be a gamemaker, controlling the lives of the reaped? Whatever character you make, it's up to you for how their story goes.

Collectibles
By creating Collectibles, you can reward your players with unique items that accentuate their character sheets.
Once an Item has been created, it can be spawned in the IC using /spawn Item Name (case-sensitive, as usual) — this can be followed with /take Item Name to retrieve the item into the current character's inventory.
Mobs
Give your Universe life by adding a Mob, which are auto-replenishing NPCs your players can interact with. Useful for some quick hack-and-slash fun!
Mobs can be automated spawns, like rats and bats, or full-on NPCs complete with conversation menus. Use them to enhance your player experience!
