Appearance -

How tall would you say you are?: I am about, if I had to guess, 6 foot 1 inch.
Be honest. How much do you Weigh?: Why whould I lie to you? It's only gonna hurt me down the line if I do. 130 pounds, thank you very much.
Which is your dominate hand?: Right handed, got that from my mom.
Skin color?: I'm white.
What about Scars?: Nope, though I'm far from flawless.
Do you have any Tattoos?: I have a CAMS "patch" tattoo'd to my back.
What about Piercings?: I wear earrings sometimes.
Hair color: Black.
Eye color: Some say Emerald, I say Green.
Changes: Nope, I wouldn't dare change em.
Disabilities: I can see just fine.
Wear: Sunglasses sometimes, though I got these nifty "shooters glasses" from dad.
What is your Usual attire?: I usually wear my UNSC Navy work uniform. It's like a jumpsuit, but awesome.
Do you have a Secondary attire?: Either my CAMS off duty stuff, which is an olive drab green shirt with CAMS printed on the back and some black combat pants, or I wear civilian clothes.
Besides the previous two already discussed do you have any Occasional attire?: You can see it in my pics right there. I cosplay. How did you find that?
Do you happen to own any Armor?: When the need arises, I use UNSC Marine Corps standard armor. But it isn't required for my job.
Any Equipment you would like to share?: I carry tools for work, my shooters glasses, which I love, because they got a cool little HUD, and adjust to sunlight! But yeah, just tools or whatever I need for the day.
Weapon preference: I've been trained in SMGs and Sidearms, as well as Rifles.
Main weaponry: Customized MA5 rifle, designated the MA5SC, or sub compact. It's a really really cool weapon. Shorter overall, but with the same stuff you'd find on a normal MA5.
Secondary weaponry: M6H .50 caliber sidearm, standard for post war UNSC forces.
Jewelry?: Depends on what it is, I wear dogtags. But not much else.
Accessories: Gloves, I got these black, hard knuckle, super grippy shooting gloves that I use for work, and for combat.

Health –

So what would you say your Diet consists of?: Best damn food in the fleet, that's what. *laughs*
Do you get any Exercise?: You gotta get excercise to do my job. Tight spaces, good reflexes, yeah. I get excercise.
Are there any Physical disabilities that we should know about?: Nah, I got screened. Anything I have can be classified as non restrictive.
Any Mental disabilities then?: Someone thought I had PTSD, but that was cleared, I don't.
Do you have any Habits: I just do my job. Aside from that, I watch TV and hang out with my bunkmate.
Do you have any Bad habits?: I'd need to know what's bad first.

Personality Description –

What is your Patience level?: Look at my crewmates and subordinates. They're good people, so my patience is equally good, unless you get on my rough side.
Any Self esteem?: Dude, you can't cosplay, or even lead anything, if you don't have good self esteem.
Hobbies: I play videogames, I watch movies, I run, and I play acoustic guitar.
Do you have any Interests?: Music, Movies, Books, Flight.
Phobias you would care to mention?: Fear of the night.
Superstitions?: None, I don't do that kinda stuff.
