Race: He was originally an Aran, a long extinct human-like race. The race became extinct when a great cataclysm destroyed their planet. Ashael survived because he was taken by the Council of the Fourteen Great Spirits. The Arans were separated into three empires: The Elemental Empire, The Sacred Empire and the Empire of Technology. The Elemental Empire had a really strong connection with the elemental spirits
He resembles very much with a seraphim both physically and mentally as he would sacrifice himself for the good of others. his bright, green eyes give everyone who sees him a comforting feeling.

Personality

He has a strong sense of justice and will always protect the innocents. He tends to not really care about the laws as he spent most of his existence in the Spirit Plane, the place where all the other planes meet, and the laws there are completely different from the laws of every other place. Because of this, he can sometimes be a little awkward.

Equipment

He spent his time in the Spirit Plane training and learning . His skill in the art of controlling the elements has its origins not not trough magic but trough a deep connection with the elemental spirits. He can also bring forth any type of weapon from the Spirit Plane and is skilled in each one on them making him a fiercely volatile opponent especially when he uses this power in combination with his control over the elements.

History

The Arans were separated into three empires: The Elemental Empire, The Sacred Empire and the Empire of Technology. The Elemental Empire had a really strong connection with the elemental spirits, the Sacred Empire had strong connection with the Council of the Fourteen Great Spirits while the people of the Empire of Technology have always been great inventors. But neither of these great empires could prevent their impending doom: the destruction of their planet, Selyn. The only thing the could do was preserve one of their kin, so they put together all of their talents to save someone of royal blood from either one of the Empires. The Technology Empire used their technology to buy some time, while the other two Empires used their affinity for the spirit realm to forge a contract with the Council of Fourteen. One of the princes or princesses of either on of the Empires was to to be sent into the Spirit Plane and become Its Guardian when He or She was prepared. The choice was the Council's to make.
Young Ashael, the prince of the Elmental Empire, was the chosen one and he has trained with the spirits since.
Some say that he has finished his training, other say there is a disturbance in the Spirit Plane that has its origins in one of the other planes, but who can truly understand the strange Spirit Plane and anyone who comes from there

Ashael Thermas felt the motion around him. He had heard of numerous battles that had happened in the bar, but never seen one himself. It would be interesting to see what kind of powers these people had. Then he turned to Calieb.

The light disappeared and Ashael became himself again. He looked at Calieb. "You actually refused the Council's help?" he said with a puzzled look. "I don't recall anyone doing that before!" He was clearly surprised. And just when he taught he got the hang of how physical beings behave...

Ashael Thermas sat down at a table with his glass of Cola in his hand. He closed his eyes as he was drinking from the glass. It was much easier to listen to the sounds of this world with his eyes closed, and he didn't want to miss a word of what was being said. It promised to get interesting,or at least that's what he hoped it would get.
