Cecil Kilakiko pulls out locket and looks at the photo of Cecilia and Seth. "One day I'll avenge your death, Seth, and Cecilia I'll find you, hopefully alive." he mmutters
Cecil Kilakiko "Choppy choppy choppy chop..." he says, knowing he's bored, by now he would have bitten someone.
Cecil Kilakiko senses too much love. "Where am I? Love Island?" he jokes, though actully thinking this place is a love island.
Cecil Kilakiko "Right, who will be my first... victim..." he says with a smirk, the last word sounded rather evil.
Cecil Kilakiko shrugs. "Whoever looks at me must be scared, that means they will be my victim." he says calmly.
