Description
Personality
Generally helpful, and looking to protect as many as he can. Though, standing up for people tends to get him in more trouble than he can handle.
Equipment
Skill: Class change
This allows him to shift into any garb of a job he can think of. With the garb, he can then use any abilites of an average member of that job, be it warrior bartender mage or bard.
He has also discovered a means to give classes to others temporarily, or trade them for their current class, which has opened up a business for him.
History
There was a lesser diety, who could become any random mortal he wished. Though he became bored of toiling over helping everyone, and searched for the one to take his powers and continue on in his stead. After a great search, and giving a few his blessings, he finally chose jay, for his compassion and protective nature towards others. Thus jay was charged with helping as many as he was able with his new skills.
He has since decided that many others are far more competent as these classes than he, and has started experimenting in giving others classes temporarily or permanently.
So begins...
ClassChanger Jay's Story
ClassChanger Jay had enough by this point, and walks up to ChiChi Knight. "Look.. the man is obviously wounded, so why not get him to a cleric, let him rest up. You've obviously won the fight." Jay was in simple travellers clothes, and didn't look like he was capable of holding his own in a fight.
ClassChanger Jay watches chichi leave, and squats down next to Terai "You know... you took a right beating. You want some help?"
ClassChanger Jay sighs. "Guess it wasn't a gentleman's fight then. Ah well, lets see what's been done then." Jay's entire body starts to glow green, and in a bit of a flash, his clothes change to the garb of a healer. "I hope you're gonna be okay, not many people around here still remember me, and it'd be a shame for my first contact to die on me." He looks terai over, and starts healing up his wounds with a green light.
"I'm Jay. Like the letter. Kinda lame i know." He shakes terai's hand, and gets a pillow for him. Then he glows green again, and changes back to his travellers garb.
"Not even back for five minutes and i'm already healing someone from a fight." He shakes his head slowly. "You would think that these people would have learned after the bar itself was destroyed in one of the fights."
ClassChanger Jay looks at terai confused. "You uh.... might wanna do something about all the blood first... You know. for sanitation." He doesn't notice Roach come in, but why would he have to worry about something being stolen from him? He barely looked like he had enough on him to travel from city to city
ClassChanger Jay was busy trying to clean up the blood left by Terai. Somehow having ended up in a janitor's getup with a mop, bucket, and several cleaning supplies.
ClassChanger Jay blinks, and notices a bag of gold on a table, and a girl walking away from it. "Hey, miss. You forgot your wallet. Miss!"
"Oh. well that's weird. Sorry for the misunderstanding." Jay bows a bit to roach. "Ah, i must look silly like this. excuse me." He shifts garb into his typical traveller's wear. "So what are you here for then?" Jay showed no signs of pity or endearment, seeming to just want to strike up conversation in the quiet bar. he didn't seem to notice her shabby clothes either.
"Just wanted to make sure you weren't planning to get into a fight. I already had to heal one fool up." Jay points over to terai, and sits down next to roach, resuming eating his carrot stew and sipping his root beer
ClassChanger Jay returns the favor, paying attention to his meal. "Good. got enough fight happy people around here to worry about. Oh. i offer a service that others might be interested in. I'm not sure if you'd be though. people are usually happy with the way their life currently is going."
"Perhaps its because i am sick of sitting in the shadows. " He comments thoughtfully. "If you want me to just sit here and eat in silence i will."
ClassChanger Jay turns to face roach. "Sorry, just trying to be freindly. I'm not too good at it if you can't tell." He finishes his meal, and tosses a few coins onto the bar for payment.
ClassChanger Jay seems to have a bit extra, which he slips into a side pocket. "Sorry again." He gets up, and walks over to the couch to look at the fire glow. He didn't do very well this time. he'd have to think over his mistakes again.
Ironic really. the whole reason jay wouldn't be robbed tonight stemmed from him trying to get roach to notice her forgotten purse.
ClassChanger Jay gets up from the couch, and looks around. He tried to find someone to talk to again.
ClassChanger Jay sighs. seems everyone was either busy or asleep. He shifts garb to a bard, and starts strumming a lute borely
ClassChanger Jay strolls into the bar in his travellers clothes. bored, and looking around for someone to talk to. It had been some time since he'd been here, and was hoping to find a familiar face
