Dia de los Muertos

"My name means Day of the Dead, but you can call me Muertos"

Image
Muerto is a mischievous soul, yet quite the gentleman and ladies' man. He loves to drink and dance, to him, life and the afterlife is a party. Muerto also has a sense of humor. Often he's seen with a skull on his hand, making it's mouth chatter as he argues with it, and even creates a voice for it. The skull loves to curse at him in Spanish, and Muerto often picks on his female skeleton attendants. Although, when he's fighting, Muerto becomes an entirely different and violent person. As a representative of the dead, Muerto can summon skeletons to fight for him, but that doesn't make him a weakling. Muerto is deft with the sword, and carries one hidden in the skull cane he holds. Some wonder if Muerto himself is actually dead, as he's known for one of his right arm actually being partially skeletal. Also, the sugar skull markings are actually tattooed on his bone white flesh.
also, his eyes flicker from orange to yellow. Like a candle.

Muertos loves people, he loves the city life, loves all the little details and range of establishments. He also loves alcohol, drugs and sex. But most wouldn't think that when they got a first look of Muertos. He was rather odd with his skull candy markings tattooed into his bone white flesh on his face. He wore a simply black suit and a long black coat over the top, one would think he was going to some wedding or fancy gathering. But this was just how he dressed. Swinging from time to time was a cane with a skull for the hand rest, it wasn't exactly used for what most cane's were used for.

As continued down a path, passing many people, a busker here, a girl with blue hair and another with blood dripping from her bag, the usual things to see in such a place. Except, did that suit case just move on its own? Now that was odd, and intriguing! Muertos was getting exctied with curiosity when he saw the suit case make its way down the road. How very odd indeed. He remember the face of who owned it but where had he run off to- oh there he is! The man had just ran into another person who didn't seem very fazed at all by the incident and just continued on his way. Such strange people, he wanted them all.

Muertos decided to follow the man who owned such an interesting suit case, he would continue to follow him, until perhaps he was alone... Unless he was noticed before that. This was going to be fun.

Mitary felt someone follow him again. Deciding to speed up, he turned around a narrow alley and used the pipes to climb up. Landing on the roof, he started running and leaping over gaps to his workshop. His suitcase is waiting on the next leap. Scooping up his suitcase. He dived down an alley. If anyone would look down, you'd see a pipe twisted slightly to the left and what could be heard as a thud, like a closing door, on the wall.

Following the interesting male at a fast pace down a narrow alley, up some pipes, from roof to roof was not the issue. The problem was that he had lost complete sight of him. "Huh?!" Muertos exclaimed as he made his way down where he had last seen the guy. The alley was empty. No sign of him at all. He landed finely in the alley and looked around in a sort of panic. This was not good at all, his fun had been ruined. "Dammit! What the hell, arrgh!" Muertos complained as he crossed his arms, cane still in his hand, simply thinking. Where could he have possibly disappeared to?

The male continued to search the alley, looking in everyone possible way he could have gone. But there was still no sign of the man. He started to want to be the one to be found. Now he was bored and annoying, pouting with a frown like a child.

Mitary looks out his one-way window outside the alley. He couldn't help the smirk that came to his face. Pulling a small microphone from the wall, he turned it on.

"May I ask why were you following me?" a smooth voice reverberated around the alley.

Mitary snapped his fingers and the suitcase opened a slot with an arm and unloaded Mitary's supplies.

Muertos huffed and puffed, quite disappointed in himself for losing track of the guy so easily. What a shame really. He seemed interesting and stood out to him amongst the rest of the crowd.
But just as he was about to give up, he heard a smooth voice echo around the alley around him. He perked up and looked around with a cheerful grin on his face, looking for the source of the voice. Now he was excited again. Muertos chuckled "I tend to follow the trail that leads to something I think I will find interesting you see!" He replied as he swung his cane in circles from time to time. "Is it so wrong to be curious?" He simply could not wipe that smile off his face, he was too happy to have a response from the one he had followed. This meant he had not lost him completely yet.

Mitary was organizing his supplies.

He hummed in agreement with the stranger. "There's nothing wrong with being curious," Mitary relented. "but i do value my privacy and i find some people tedious to interact with."

The suitcase disassembled itself and reassembled itself into a work table. Hitting speaker on the microphone, Mitary twirled one of his tools and set to work to add the required metal and wires to his project.

Muertos was glad the stranger he had decided to follow agreed, but his last comment he did not understand as he loved talking to people. Whether they were rude or not he found them fun, amusing and interesting. "Ha ha! I can promise you that my company will not be a bother and I'm quite positive I won't be tedious to interact with." A sly grin formed on his lips and he most certainly did not look like the type to be trust, he simply stood out too much compared to most. Perhaps if his face hadn't been so oddly tattooed most would see him as any normal guy, even though that still would be incorrect.

"What kind of job would someone have to have the need to keep everything so secret and hidden hm? Are you a SPY?" Muertos burst out into laughter once more, he surely looked a bit nuts at this point. Well, he did induce some alcoholic beverages and a foreign drug here or there. But other than that he was fine. Sort of. Maybe the guy was just lonely, in more ways than one.

Deep chuckles could be heard but with an underling edge.

"Close~," he sang. "But no candy."

Mitary feels comfortable with the guy, whether it's because he was brought up in a household which plenty of people would find bizarre and sometimes a little unsettling, he did not know. He has some marking of his own in his body.

"Tell me," pulling the wire that keep his hair in a ponytail. "Why do you find me interesting?"

Pulling of his glasses, his icy blue-green eyes darkened.

Muertos clicked his fingers, swaying his arm as he did so to show his reaction to being wrong when he guessed what the male was, comically. "Damn! Hahaha. Being close is better than being wrong." The male hummed as he continued pacing around the alley curiously and most happy.

"Well, apart from the fact that I find you quite attractive, I can assure you I'm no perverted stalker. What did catch my eye was that suit case of yours. And how you always seemed to be in a hurry to get somewhere." Yes it was quite intriguing, sure many were always in a hurry but this particular guy... "I feel drawn to you my dear" The skeleton obsessed male swooned before chuckling once again. "Let me introduce myself, my name is Dia de los Muertos, but you can call me Muertos or what ever clever name you may come up with." With that said, he bowed quite elegantly, one would not think he would possess such manners, a gentleman on the outside, a freak of nature on the inside. He really wanted to get a good look of this guy now that he had even more mystery to him. He wondered where he could possibly be hiding, well, perhaps hiding wasn't the right word. He also wondered what every detail of the stranger looked like, oh how he wanted to investigate and study him. But for now he would have to be patient and hope.

Mitary's eyes glinted with amusement. 'Him, good looking.' snickering lowly, he really couldn't see it.

"Well i suppose it'd be quite rude to leave you without my name," a clanging echoed."Since you so kindly supplied me with your name."

A few whirs and clicks could be heard. The and oval shaped hole appeared beside Dia de los Muertos, a glass covering uncovered.

With a smirk, Mitary dipped his head low. "Litary," Mitary peered up through the hair that fell and draped from the side of his face. "Soh. And yes, i AM part of the infamous M international mafia family." he drawled.

Muertos eyes lit up when he heard the male's reply. How exciting! This guy wasn't actually going to brush him off as some freak for once. This really pleased him.
As he listened to the male speak, he heard various noises, clanging, clicks, strange noises before suddenly an oval shaped hole appeared beside him. He looked at it, then realised what he was looking at and his eyes widened.

"Oooo I like your name, Soh. It's quite a pleasure to meet you." There were many different ways he wished to greet Soh, but he thought it best to take things sort of slow. He studied Mitary's facial features, his long hair, eyes, mouth. A wide grin formed on his face when he heard the male mention he was part of the infamous M international mafia family. He had heard much of them and had even made deals with a few of them from time to time, so he was part of that family huh? So that's why he was so drawn to him. So far Muertos had enjoyed the company of all the people he had met in the family. Some were crazy, some were interesting and others more curious than himself. Lovely people. "I knew there was something about you I would like. I've met quite a fair few from that family of yours, lovely people. Had a few drinks with some, drugs here and there. Sex was good t-" He was getting off track. Enough about himself, more about Soh. "So what do you do for your family Soh? Hm?" His fingers intertwined behind his back as he leaned forward towards the male, that usual smile of his remained on his face.

"Ever wonder why we don't get caught and are often asked to help in some Police hunts? Other than my mom," Mitary coughs lightly." Ah i mean M, I'm the family's best tactician. Also, without me revealing myself, would you have known where i was?" he says with a Cheshire smile.

With a taunting laugh he sang. "You must have met with Cynthia, i swear her brothels are getting wilder by the newest recruits. Our family does seem to be fond of alcohol, specially those made by us." He finished with a closed eyed smile.

"Oh my, well aren't you lot quite clever hm? I can see you too are very intelligent. I most certainly would not have found you if you hadn't revealed yourself." Muertos tilted his head to the side, returning the smile. Soh, Mitary Soh, he most certainly was an interesting guy, Muertos grew attached to people like Soh. Perhaps he was treading dangerous grounds, for himself personally it could be dangerous, mixing such things with business wasn't always very rewarding.
"Oh yes Cynthia, lovely girl, I most certainly love those kind of brothels the most. And this is why I'm so close with your family, they're the best at everything I love!" Muertos said with a chuckle, this was a most enjoyable conversation for him.

"So tell me, is there any way I could perhaps, help you out?" His tongue darted out from between his lips which curved into a cheeky grin, as his golden yellow eyes stared into Soh's.

Mitary smiled coyly. "Oh i don't know. How may you help me~?" He fiddled with his command board that's just out of sight for Muertos. "I can think of a few ways." He purred with a seductive smirk. A click of a dial and light grey tendril of smoke floated around the air of the alleyway. It would make you sleep like a light, at the very least make you tipsy. With an inaudible shwoop the wall parted to reveal a chair behind Muertos. Mitary leaned forward with half lidded eyes hoping to capture Muertos interest. With a quick flick of the wrist, the chair sweeped Muertos off his feet and locked him against the chair.

This guy was rather clever, perhaps a bit tricky, Muertos liked that, he enjoyed it when someone might catch him off guard for once, trick him into doing something foolish, it entertained him, it was like a game to him, he loved the feeling of panic, of that adrenaline rush, heart pounding against his chest. It was great fun.
"I guess it all depends on what you want, Mitary." The corned of his lips raised into a grin along with his brow as he watched the man closely, continuing to openly study him, taking in all those little details. Muertos liked the look of that smirk on Soh's face, that facial expression he pulled, something as simple as that made him excited, what was he going to do next? Of course this suspense was most thrilling indeed! How could one not get excited over the unknown? "Oh? Can you...now. Uh." Muertos words grew further apart as he felt some strange feeling hit him hard and his head began to spin as everything around him grew faintly blurry. That was when he could weakly make out the light grey tendril of smoke that began to float around the alleyway where he stood. "Ha ha... How playful of you... Mitary." It was quite clear now what was happening as he felt himself fall into a chair like a rag doll, his body was going limp now and he was locked into the chair, not that he'd have the energy well, ability to even move if it hadn't locked him in.

The skeleton obsessed male simply stared into Mitary's eyes with his half closed ones, that usual sly grin of his remained on his face before all he could see was darkness.

With quick flicks of levers, the alleyway was back to the way it was. No evidence of the last few minutes of conversation or that someone was in there. It was back to being a desolate alley. Muertos slid back and fell down a hole, only to slide again to Mitary's side of the alley.

Meanwhile, Mitary is cleaning his workspace to prepare for his guest. He just needed to talk to muertos in private before anyone finds out his hiding spot. His smile curled in sadistic glee 'Oh we'll be talking alright' he thought. 'And if he won't, well that'll be a shame.'

Mitary beamed when Muertos came to a stop in front of him. It was a while since his Tactical side came out. Muertos was just like family, fun and perverted. Mitary has an idea. Smirking like a cheshire cat, he sat on Muerto's lap and put the smelling agent that would wake him up. "Wakey wakey love~"

Muertos head spinned as he felt so, light, so out of control of his own body, like it was moving against his will, or someone was moving it. It was almost a rather calm feeling, like he was high, felt like he was floating. He almost didn't want to wake up. He had almost forgotten how he got to this state, what caused him to suddenly, pass out. Right, that attractive member of 'the family', oh how looks could be deceiving, he loved it.

He could hear muffled noises, a voice, his voice. Wakey wakey, but he didn't want to. Wait no yes he did, he wanted to see the look on Mitary's face, wanted to know what he was going to say and what he wanted to do. Mmm... Five more minutes.." Muertos mumble before his eyes slowly opened, looking up into Soh's, a slight smirk on his face as usual. A soft chuckle slipped from between his lips before coughing a bit. That smell. How odd it was. Muertos felt preasure on his lap then realised it was coming from the charming captor before him. "My my, skipping dinner and going straight for dessert huh?" Muertos purred before letting out a soft laugh. Oh how he was really having so much fun today. This guy could torture him for all he cared and he'd still call it a good day.

Muertos then realised he didn't have his cane on him, must have dropped it when that smoke got to him. He would assume it was taken into this odd place with him. The black leather gloves made slight, soft sounds as he stretched out his fingers then clenched them into fists again; that felt better. The only skin that was shown on Muertos was his face and neck, at all times he was like this.

Mitary hummed. "Now it's not that I don't trust you, call me paranoid but i have to check. I didn't become second in command for trusting everyone, although you remind me of my family. Might be why my tactical side came out." Mitary nuzzled Muertos neck and purred. "Now what are you really after? We're you sent here by someone?"He put his hands on Muertos shoulders and stared deeply into his eyes. "No one comes to me without an incentive."

His eyes remained fixated on Mitary, studying his face up close was very rewarding, or well, all of the man in general. He never thought being knocked out and locked down into a chair only to then find themselves in an unfamiliar place so rewarding and fun. Well, maybe he did think it would be fun once or twice. Hmm..." Muertos hummed, eyes half closed as he faintly watched Mitary nuzzle his neck. Simply feeling his warm breath on his bone white skin made his body tingle. Haha! If I was sent here by someone I'd be much smarter than this. But to answer your question and get straight to the point. No. Unless you count what's hiding in my pants." What a terribly flirtatious thing to say, surely he could do better than that. I guess you're right about that. I do have. An incentive." His golden orange eyes contrasted so magnificently against the black tattoo that circled the flesh around his eyes. He kept his eyes on Mitary's, shifting from time to time to get a better look of his face now that they were so close.

Mitary shifted around to a more comfortable position. "Well, i'm afraid you've to the wrong place. I don't put out for anyone. Go to Cynthia's brothel, she might have something for you." He informed with a smirk. Now this was interesting, although he still has a sliver of suspicion he still believes Muertos.
