So begins...
Dylious's Story
Dylious looked back over at the girl in the skirt, as she noticed him, he shot her a faint smile and as she frowned he turned back to his drink. He had been so desperately in need of someone to converse with, his life had been a wreck and with no one to console him but his wit...
Dylious lit a cigarette, taking a drag then laying it into the ashtray. He stood from his seat and removed his coat to reveal a strong bodied frame of about 6'1" or so. Under his coat was an attire most suitable for a business man or some lilly insurance salesman; a white buttoned up shirt with the collar inhabited by a dark blue tie, the sleeves rolled up past his forearms and the shirt tucked into a pair of khaki slacks with a black belt and a pair of dark dress shoes. "I try to steer clear of spots like this on the norm." he said with a slight chuckle...
Dylious "Well M'ladie..." Dylious smiled ever so brightly, "I've never really felt the need to drink in a place like this, or drink even for that matter. On the other hand, why would your face be seen here?"
Dylious again Dylious smiled and moved his head in a understanding motion, holding out his hand as if to shake hers and spoke "Davina? ...simply gorgeous name, Dylious, please call me Dyl... goodness even my nickname blows." "So now, for what reason do you feel the need to escape your job? Is it dangerous?" he asked with a sarcastically charming chuckle
Dylious leaned back, tightening his eyes a bit at her. "I'm a bit confused, elaborate if you would darling... and would you like something to drink rather than water?"
Dylious smiled, paused then laughed hysterically while taking another drag from his cigarette. "No harm, no foul. But I'm guessing you're shittin' me on the school teacher part eh'?"
Dylious ashed his cigarette and looked on at the gorgeous young lady. "Please, take no offense darling, it's just.. er umm, I taught as well... fancy that eh'?"
Dylious laughing Dylious knelt his head down onto his drink "Matta' of fact, my life was SUBSTANTIALLY normal til' fewer days ago..."
Dylious "Highschoolers for me, civics. Ha! I remember thinking to myself as a lad that maybe if I taught one day I could help inspire the next Alexander, Napoleon, Machiavelli or maybe even the next Martin Luther. So much for that I guess."
Dylious looked into Davina's eyes, turned his head a bit, shooting her a odd look of wonderment. "What is it that you think of destiny?" he asked randomly,
Dylious began laughing hard, choking a bit on his whiskey. " No, no... but it is a God awful name. I'm talking about what your DESTINY. What you were put here for eh'?"
Dylious sat looking off towards the wall and began talking again, "You know the feeling don't you? The feeling of looking for something for so long? A certain something your not too sure of what it may be or where?"
Dylious he pauses on a thought and looks deeply at her, almost in a way that would weird out a practical stranger. "If I show you something.. something that I have yet to full understand will you promise to not scream, make fun or run from me?"
Dylious took Davina's hand and quickly led her into a secluded corner, looking around to make sure no one would notice. Once cornered her lightly held Davina's face, drawing to closely to his, as if to kiss her, suddenly Davina felt a warm rush of energy course through her body, making her feel safe and loved as Dylious's eyes began to flash in a radiancey of blue light. Davina didn't noticed that she was levitating until Dylious removed his hands, sending her back to her feet. She watched on as from his hands he began to conjure a blue ball of energy, within it she could see herself, sobbing on the phone with a man... she began to shake her head, Dylious then stopped, and began to look at her.

Dylious stood in the same position as Davina took off from infront of him, he had finally came to the realization that he would never be able to show anyone these things again. He laid his face into the corner and stood there, wishing he hadn't become so suddenly manifest with this gift he considered to be a curse...
Dylious made his way back over to the bar, looking on at the bartender, "Told you I'd need the bottle mate." He grabbed the bottle and began to pour it back, shrugging past Davina and proceeded to sit on the steps that led up to the second floor...
Dylious leaned his head back onto the wall and closed his eyes, then suddenly opened his eyes and glared at the jukebox, his face tightened and suddenly 'Brain Damage' by Pink Floyd began playing on the Jukebox... Dylious again closed his eyes and leaned his head back onto the wall, sipping the whiskey from the bottle.
Dylious began singing along with the song, it symbolized everything that he was feeling... "You raise the blade, you make the change
