Hitomi mere presence can raise blood-pressure or hairs on people alike, she can also slowly cause a place to gradually break into a state of fear paralysis, so scared are they that they can't move, breath, or speak.
Killing Aberration
This is her strongest power, with this she can terrify a person so much with their personal fears, that they end up dying of shock in vivid and brutal display.
Lingering Nightmare
Hitomi can summon up your darkest fears and cause waking nightmares, your world shatters as you witness everything you know be reversed and only your worse aberration exist in the plane.
Artisan of the Mind
Hitomi can enter within the mind of anyone asleep or awake and cause their deepest fears to surface from recesses of mind. Within a slumbering person's mind she can cause them to never wake up and live only in nightmares she has built and intricately crafted.

Hitomi can make someone so scared they essentially become her puppets and thus she can control them and use them to her will, until she leaves the premise, she can't kill anyone this way, or severely hurt them. She can only make it clear they are her toys and nothing more.

So begins...
Hitomi Akumu's Story
Viewing each of the people in turn she would smirk and sense their elixer, their nectar within. Especially that of the youngest member of this happy family, oh so much delicious cocktails within her eyes, and something even more delectable. Laughing she would vanish and whisper in the wind, "Alone... so alone... they all hate... they all laugh... alone... look at you... so alone... alone... little Flandre all alone. No one else is here, you are dreaming these people, you are imagining them, you will always be alone."
Replying in Elisia head she would say, "How can you be sure... how can you know... how can you perceive this is all reality? How can you think that you are even here, maybe you are on a sedative in an asylum, strapped down. Can you not hear the mad laughter echoing off the wall, the foot-steps of the doctors making their rounds? But what is this, look at what we got here, they are discussing lobotomies, since you are so beyond help, maybe you can wake up and stop it now." she would force the images vivid into the Elisia mind to get her to perceive an alternate reality, the reality she was trying to trap her into.
She would enter now into the mind of maid, "Does she truly love you, or is it lust... do you honestly think she would like a petty servant, look at you, a maid, not even worth her eyes, you truly believe you have her. In truth you know you are a roll in the hay Sakuya, a roll in the hay and that is all you will ever be. Really, you think you are worthy of her, you are only still employed because she likes your pussy." laughing she would echo in all their heads and then speak still invisible, "I am the truth you all lie."
Laughing she would appear in human illusion blonde haired girl with red eyes, smirking she would say, "Why you only needed to ask, "It seems so pathetic you could all be crushed by your fears, I am unending and neverending I will exist until the end of time, until man's last breath. You all tremble in doubt, but hark now and hear well, we are many, we are everlasting, we are the darker emotions you hide in terror, I am but one." with that she would point to a fairy maid and suddenly the girl would be dancing in pirouette, round and around.
Smelling someone been caught she said in reply, "I believe you are too late as for dealing with you, I have no need although interesting you seem to know whom I am, considering how young you are, but I don't ever judge a book by it's cover. Although I do send people into permanent sleeps... So what will it be, save her or fight me, because I need only vanish and lock her into the nightmare, but you need to go there and do it. Do you truly wish to have this on your hands, you may be chaos, but I am primeval in my existence. Make your choice, and if you try anything, I shall just vanish."
Interesting, but well she would need to see whether she wished to show up, as for the rest of them, she would say, "I am feeling generous if you can wake her up before I slowly walk to the room, then I will not trap her forever, best hurry little girl, best hurry indeed the weak ones always fall first." with that she take one step, slowly, then another, just spending her sweet time to move even a foot.
Moving a few more feet she would laugh whispering in Sakayu head, "You truly think she cares, look at yourself can't even handle things, just a roll in the hay, a roll in the hay. It will pass, it will all past and you be dumped in Wing City and left alone." laughing she would say out loud, "I find this all rather amusing, my first attack and already people are running about like headless chickens."
Continuing to move slowly she would turn and say, "The final piece comes, but I wonder is she the White Knight you all desire." laughing in her cruel way, she would speak in Remilia Head, "So much responsibility so much work, and do they appreciate it, no. They use you, you all the work, they expect you to wipe their asses, and don't even thank you. Why help them, they use you, everyone uses you."
Moving five feet, mere foot away from them both, she would chuckle and say, "Hard lines little girl, I hunger and I have banquet to feast on, think you can stop me before I trap them all in their fears, Sakuya alone in the street, beaten and bruised. While Elisia will be forever trapped in an asylum, this was too easy but I sense some interesting force, I wish to see it, care to reveal thy self?"
Turning she would smirk and bow gracefully, "Why look what the cat dragged in, am I graced by such a presence for any discernible reason or you merely wish to see these three minds destroyed." turning she would roll her eyes, "Whatever happened to simple things Erebuz look at them, all so theatrical, like they believe they matter when you and I know they will never matter, you will destroy and I will cause divide, we are everlasting and shall be there when the whole cycle ends, all of us, including my companions."
She would laugh and say, "Why yes, who should I thank for this honor, I actually like being able to cause chaos once more, in the fragile weak minds of them all." watching as they all left, she would shrug, "Maybe I was just playing, after all how many years has it been 50,000 I do believe, I like they pathetic morsels to remember whom owns this world and will until it's destroyed, then back around we go. I destroy minds, you destroy existence, it's a fun cycle."
"Oh I am certain you will, but I am not the only one whom free, the other two are as well, before the darkness takes over, the essences shall rise and with it the living embodiments of those emotions, we are everlasting, Hate and Temptation and with this mankind will rue their ignorance their failings. They will soon understand who truly is the force that controls all, a cycle a promise, we will come always and forever. Just need to wait and let loose it all."
She would clap, "I imagine you have learnt from last time, how mortals can gather force to trap you, I suggest as your equal we don't shout or scream, play like I am, creating the fear touching it and then forcing them to live it. That way I guarantee a win, they are just fortunate I distracted by you otherwise I would have feasted on them all, while they drowned in it all."
Nodding she would laugh and say, "I am glad you seem to understand how to learn from mistakes, but well as the case is this I assume you wish for my sister, brother and I to begin plaguing them fools and stir things up in a huge mess, maybe drive them into a huge mess of epic proportion. But one thing for sure this should be delicious, truly delicious."
"Ah, you never tire of the theatrics do you?" she would smile coyly and continue, "Ah dear brother, why can't you just be subtle, fear is after all better when exploited in quiet, not in loud obtrusive noises."
Shrugging she would reply, "Well maybe you have finally learned dear brother, maybe you have learned, and long may it seem so, for this cycle is long overdue indeed and it's time they all witnessed true embodiment's of the emotions they keep locked tight. They grown complacent and forgotten how these rule them and always shall, thus the cycle is and thus it shall always be."
The setting changes from Scarlet Devil Mansion to The Descent Into Madness
Chuckling a being of dread and conniving ridicule would appear within the cave, watching she knew her siblings would be slower to awake, especially Temptation, they had eternity so she would be patient and say, "Well, the seal is destroyed and we are free, our eldest brother is still trapped but we shall prepare the way, and work the clay of this world into our own design, we shall cause carnage, chaos and other great evils waking up the slumbering emotions and make them remember whom we are, stuck in their complacency of iPads, Computers, MP3s and other such stuff." pausing she would go on, "Some are even so pathetic to fear loss of technology, we shall have much fun my brother and sister, we shall mold it all into realm befitting our eldest and to a more malleable setting."
Shrugging, "He always was the lazy one, and well our eldest needs door to be opened wider, but now we are free, I imagine you got plans to escalate many events, war and strife. I am going to crush people's spirits and trap them in their minds and be delighted by this all." laughing she would go on, "As for lazy-bones I believe he shall push people into doing unspeakable things due to his abilities, we will paint the town red and we shall send this whole place into unending torment, it's time this promise was kept."
Nodding she would say, "It is certainly ideal time, I can probably push some factors as fear can persuade and shall my dear. I believe though we will need to deal with some good fools, since they have such a habit of spoiling our fun, what you shall they learn to realize we exist and always shall. We need a sign, something big and loud to announce we are back..." stopping she would consider then say, "I wish for you to stir up some trouble within the Government and maybe cause someone entirely innocent to do questionable deed, we need to be subtle and I shall as always. But anyway there is much we can do, and can discuss, I have been thinking long and hard, but people must feel our emotions so we can be stronger, thus why I want a loud symbol, it will put them in their place very much indeed..."
Just as it seemed she was done, she would reply, "I want you to use a vampire, Ubaram Xul to do this deed, turn the populace against them, let them go on witch-hunts and destroy them. Basically what we did in Salem, remember sister?"
