Ireland

Sadistic and dominating to a fault and with a thick, rolling brogue to her voice, Ireland is more than capable of talking you down until you feel three inches tall.

Physical & Psychological Welfare

IRELAND, whilst sadistic at times, is your average human as far as psychological standing is taken into consideration. The reasons behind her sadistic nature are unknown, and may merely be a sexual preference as she has not exploited an actual need to seriously harm those around her (with or without consent). IRELAND also tends to be confident (sometimes overly so) and is far more interested in ruining somebody's mind than someone's body. She prefers to see people writhe in discomfort around her and to adhere to each of her coy suggestions or straight-out orders rather than for them to fear her physically.

This is easy to explain when her physical health is explored. The young woman appears mostly healthy, if perhaps on the skinny side, but she has good muscle definition, and is neither underweight nor overweight. Having been admitted to hospital twice over her twenty years of living(both for reasons that were entirely accidental, or at least reported as such), the female's physicality is not an indicator towards weakness or ill-health.

As far as the physical and psychological health examinations can determine, IRELAND is in near perfect health and is certainly not a danger to those around her.

Positive Attributes: Negative Attributes:

Strong will
Sadistic

Determination
Mean-spirited (at times)

"You are fucking the Welsh, what're you complaining about, love?" she asked with a wink as she took out a cigarette and a refillable lighter with which to light the end of her fag with. "Oh well... Guess that means you won't be going home tonight," she added with a look over her shoulder as Izumi left. "You might actually have to stay over at my place," Ireland teased.

Ireland meandered over to the stairs with Kazen and a shrug of her shoulders. "Eh... May as well. After that jibe about being invaded, I'm gonna have to annoy the crap out of you for a wee while!"

Ireland strolled into the bar with an exhalation of blue, floaty smoke. There was no sense of real... direction to her walking, but when she reached the bar and ordered a coke, it was with a wide grin - clearly she was happy today. Settling down with a tall glass of juice (with a random slice of lemon and an umbrella, though she had asked for neither), Ireland happily snuffed out her cigarette when the bartender directed her to an ashtray.

"So, what're you so smiley about?"

"Nothing..."

"Don't speak nonsense!"

"I am quite happy..."

Ireland gestured, with her paper umbrella, towards Kazen. "I'm happy 'cause of that guy, I guess."

"The one who was yammering on about multiple wives, earlier?"

"Sounds like him, mhm," Ireland agreed with a grin. "Sweet, ain't he?"

"Or loose. Ain't he chatting up some other broad now?"

"I should think not - have you seen this scar? Yeah, that's his fault. He's gotta pay off the ugliness I've to cope with for the rest of my life."

"How's it his fault?"

"He kinda did it..."

"Ooh."

"He's hollering at you," the bartender pointed out. "But I suppose you already knew that, considering the Welsh accent."

"Yeah, but he's gotta learn to use m'name."

"Which would be..?"

"His favourite country. I'm sure you can work that out judging by his accent?"

"Ireland. Strange name for a Welshwoman."

"Normal names were boring for my mother and father, I imagine. We called the cat Anna and I got the stupid name."

Ireland barely raised an eyebrow as her bartender was promptly removed from behind the bar, and instead turned her next comment to the Assassin. "Y'know, I was talkin' to that bloke..." she pointed out with a sip of her drink. "That wasn't very nice..."

"That's okay! I'm sure I can yap to you, since the man looking rather sourly at you by the sink is no longer talking to me. So! How are you? I'm Ireland, by the way - why do they put these umbrellas in drinks? Stupid to put pointy sticks where you can accidentally swallow them."

"Either that or it kills someone, but hey!" she shrugged. "Can't win 'em all, can you? So, how come you decided to evacuate my bartender?"

Ireland didn't respond to Kazen this time around either. She was playing with her umbrella and half-listening to the Assassin. "Which meant me what? Climbing into bed with you? There's a reason that he's the one shouting my name..." she said with a smirk. "Although judging by his current position next to another woman..."

"Ah, one in a million. Not many men who would give up sex for fashion - or anything else, for that matter. That one over there wants a threesome with the one that he's sitting with if what I'm hearing is anything to go by - men," she huffed, rolling her eyes.

When the Welshwoman stalked through the doors to the bar for the second time today, it was not with a happy smile or a cigarette stuck between her fingers, although there was a pack of cigarettes clutched in her left hand - her lighter was in the other.

Considering the circumstances, it was unsurprising that she brought a travel bag with her. It was filled with enough clothing to last her a few days, and her toiletries and the like could all be replaced when she got to Wales.

She wouldn't have to stay there too long. Just long enough to arrange the funeral, attend it, bury the ashes and wait until her friends had attempted to console her. (Un)luckily for Ireland, she'd already been through this situation once. She knew the routine.

It was just a shame that her father had died when she was feeling so ecstatic earlier in the day.

Ireland considered taking out a cigarette before turning to face Kazen. "I'm going home to see Dad," she replied, shrugging her shoulders. "No big deal." Except that he was dead, but Kazen wouldn't need to know that yet. Hell, he could read the eulogy, just like everyone else had to. "Won't be for long..." Depending on how long it took for the reading of the Will, and how soon she could get a funeral booking.

"Not 'the folks', Kazen," she pointed out uselessly. No folks at all, in actuality, but... That could be saved for later. Maybe it wasn't him. Maybe he'd had his friends over to the house for a game of chess or to watch the football and one of the other men had had a stroke in her living room.

Except, if that was the case, why was no one answering the phone at home? Ireland resolved to try again, extracting a slim mobile phone from her pocket and pressing just one button - speed dialling was so useful.

"Pick up the phone, Dad... Pick up the phone."

Ireland kept her phone pressed against her ear despite the continued ringing from the other line. Soon, it would just click off, announcing that the owner of the line was not available for contact - would she like to take a message?

"No..." Ireland redialled. Clearly, she'd made a mistake in dialling the number, but that was easily rectified. Once again, the phone was at her ear as she tapped her lighter on the counter she had settled herself at. "There must be a really bad reception here..."

Ireland saw exactly where his eyes had trailed off to and snorted. "Yeah, I'm sure you will," she muttered, her own troubled gaze soon return to Matthew. "I don't understand what you're talking about." Bark, sap, trees. Dogs bark at trees? She didn't know, didn't really want to know, because some of the people around here were freaks.

Ireland managed to nod back at Matthew before practically jumping out of her seat at the buzzing that issued from her mobile. Snatching it up, she quickly glanced at the screen only to let out a disappointed breath. Her Aunt Tess.

"C u soon, luv, dn't wrry bout a thng. I'll pck u up at the airport. Keep strong. xx"

Ireland blinked several times at the message, mobile soon returned to the counter with a bark of laughter. "I saw you when I came in, Kazen, I ain't no blind broad. Who am I to think anything, hm?" And here came the second stage of grieving - anger.

Ireland remained as silent as Matthew, simply watching Kazen with a slight frown on her features before her head turned back to her mobile. Another message. Kellsey.

"Heard what happened, meeting you at the house. Love you, Ireland. xxx."

Ireland shook her head. "My Dad had another stroke," she said quietly, eyes welling with tears that were not ready to be shed yet. "He didn't make it to the hospital this time. My Aunt Tess phoned to tell me a little while ago, but I have to wait for the next ride down to the UK..."

Ireland allowed Kazen to initiate the embrace, feeling rather grateful that he wasn't reacting in a horrid manner. "I should've been there, he shouldn't have had to die all by himself," she mumbled. "Instead I was here, being all happy 'cause I had a bloody boyfriend." The tone change was immediate, going from downright depressed to inwardly scathing.

Ireland shook her head once again. "I think he'd have been happier actually knowing - I really meant to go down to Wales this week, but there just didn't seem time! Between spending time with you, helping out in this bloke's mother's garden, and trying to figure out what the hell you're playing at, I didn't even think to start planning..."
