Personality

Due to Jintei's past he has a hard time bonding with people, he might hide behind a smirk, grin or scowl, but in the end he's afraid of meeting someone he would end up caring about and loosing them.
Despite his losses Jintei wants to have a family which is why he is still searching.

Jintei likes to be alone from time to time and thus travels a lot, he likes to sit on top of a mountain in his own thoughts while thinking about nothing or anything. He also likes to read and gain knowledge, his favorite time of the year is spring, when everything comes back to life. There is nothing better in his opinion to sit somewhere with a view over a beautiful garden drinking tea, only listening to the wind and the occasional animal.
Doesn't think anything will last forever and thus tries to live each day with no regrets, which can be hard at times. Jintei also likes to drink alcoholic beverages while sitting in front of a fireplace reading a good book.

Equipment

It varies from time to time and where he is located. Sometimes he would wear a black armor with a demon's face, other times he would walk about in a monk's robes. His equipment isn't the most impressive as he usualy doesn't have any equipment on him.

History

Jintei wasn’t nobility, he wasn’t a special boy of any kind. He was a farmer’s son, a small farm in the countryside. His parents were poor and they barely managed to have enough food, Jintei could only remember hunger when he was younger. At one time Jintei got fed plants and roots to survive, but as Jintei grew up he became capable of helping, he was tall for his age, which he had gotten from his grandfather. Not much was said about Jintei’s grandfather, it would seem his parents didn’t want to talk about him. During the summer Jintei was busy as a bee, plowing the field by hand, taking an entire day. The other farms had horses and bulls, but Jintei never complained. The work never ended, Jintei learned to fish and hunt by his father. Chopping wood, harvesting, he could only watch at the other kids who were able to run around having fun.

At the age of 10 Jintei’s mother passed away, his father broke down from the loss, cursing the gods, the country and everyone, even Jintei. He began drinking and causing scenes, it wasn’t rare for Jintei to come down to the local pub to drag his father home.
Jintei’s childhood was tough; he literally had to take care of his father who only drank away the little they had of money. There was one thing which made people talk, Jintei was incredible large for his age. He didn’t look anything like his father or deceased mother. His stone hard face and sharp eyes made people stay away from him; he didn’t have friends as he grew up.

Three years passed and Jintei had become sort of the village’s hunter, he was now thirteen and almost as large as a full grown man and built like an ox. His raven black hair raged like the mane of a wild animal, his coal black eyes were sharp as nails and he never smiled. He had given up on being a farmer, it took too much time and gave too little. Instead he helped the other farmers for pay and hunted during the night. His father had calmed down, but he was a former shadow of himself. He had contracted tuberculosis, it was still gentle, but Jintei’s father knew he didn’t have more than a year left. He started picking up the books, it was a hard time, but Jintei’s father managed to teach Jintei to write. Every night Jintei would take care of his father while his father whispered all the knowledge he knew into him. The truth came forth one evening when Jintei’s father thought he would die. Jintei wasn’t their son; he had been given to them by a soldier with a letter and some money. This didn’t surprise him, everyone was saying it in the village, but Jintei didn’t loathe his father, not for his drinking or the beatings he received from him.

One morning when Jintei came back, carrying his prey, a young stag. He was met by his adoptive father along with a group of men. Soldiers, they didn’t look friendly either. The commander was a large man holding a giant axe in both arms. “What is your name, boy?”
“Jintei” Jintei said looking at the soldiers, over two dozen of them.
“By the orders of Emperor Xing Hung, you are to come with us” the large man said as Jintei looked at his father who shook his head. “Better to die standing on your feet than to live your life on your knees!” shouted his father before the soldier who was restraining him cut his throat. Jintei tossed the stag into the soldier and attacked like a wild animal. A gruesome tackle sent them into the fields, the soldier tried to swing his knife, but found his wrist in a steel grip. Jintei grabbed the soldier’s throat and ripped it out before he was restrained.

The trip took over a month and Jintei was chained in a wagon with the animals, he had been deemed too dangerous to let loose. Which suited him fine, he had always liked to be with animals rather than humans. The darkness was a welcoming sight, he could only remember the shaking from the wagon and the noises the animals made.

As they arrived Jintei was strung up in the middle of the courtyard on a cross, he was to be whipped for his crimes, but a youth stopped them and offered another solution. Ten days, in the middle of the summer, if he could survive that, he would be let free. The youth was named Han, he was a general’s son and Jintei’s senior, but smaller. Jintei on the other hand had no intention of sticking around, for three days and three nights he weakened the pole and ropes which hell him and on the forth night, he broke free. Weakened and disoriented he ran all over the place, but luck wasn’t on his side that night. He ran into a young woman who screamed so loud she could wake the dead, Jintei was surrounded within seconds. He didn’t go down without a fight, he killed three men before he was knocked out. Han’s father saw potential and instead of punishing Jintei he gave him a choice. Join in their war now and live or die, Jintei scowled, but accepted.

A year passed as Jintei was trained and well fed, he stayed to himself much of the time or with the monks. The day would consist of training in the morning, then food, then more training. The recruits were free in the evening, that’s when Jintei would train with the monks instead of having fun. At the age of fourteen Jintei experience his first battle, he survived and saw for the first time the death and destruction war did. It wasn’t a pleasant sight, the smell was enough to make men throw up, Jintei would only show an emotionless face at the sight. “For what reason do we fight? Does it even have a meaning? Why were we created?” Jintei had questions, questions many didn’t like. The monks were his only friends, they taught him their ways and at some point Jintei almost became a monk.

Two years passed and a sixteen year old Jintei was an impressive sight, his raw muscular body he had gotten from all of those years working and hunting had now been refined. He towered over everyone, which made people fear and loathe him for no reason, calling him a monster or a freak. Despite this Jintei was undefeated, using his superior strength and height he crushed everyone. The monks had trained him in their art called kung-fu as well. Jintei was without a doubt a great asset, the Emperor wanted him to breed, hoping to make more of him, being of such great stature Jintei could wield weapons other men could only dream off.
Jintei refused to mate with the women and deserted from the army.

On his travels he encountered a small empty village, the entire village had been wiped out, but not by men, by something else. Jintei saw the mass grave where people had been tossed in as they had died. They were all black and disfigured, Jintei decided to burn the entire village to the ground leaving nothing. It was here that Jintei caught an early version of Black Death, he had been infected and nearly died. The plague, however, changed in him, Jintei was able to mold it, into something else. He spent a week in a cave only lying there, hallucinating and throwing up. Shivering and coughing, he wanted to die instead of experiencing this. Then as he pulled through he didn’t notice the change which had occurred within him. He would soon find out as he had been seen entering the cave, outside waited a group of soldiers.

Jintei was to be executed for his desertion, but once again he was saved by an incoming attack. Jintei was released from his bindings and given a sword, if he fought now, his crimes would be forgotten. The siege was relentless, but amidst all of this chaos a legend rose up, the Phoenix. Jintei would be pierced by arrows, penetrated by spears and cut, but he would always rise up again. This caused the soldiers on both sides to look upon him as a god, as the next messiah. Jintei was promoted to a general, a general who fought with his soldiers on the front lines. The Phoenix rose up and united China under one Emperor, even today the story books tell of the Phoenix which descended from heaven to unite China, united under heaven.

Jintei vanished from China and the world for many years, the next written record of him was in Egypt. Cleopatra (Greek, Κλεοπάτρα Φιλοπάτωρ; Late 69 BC[1] – August 12, 30 BC) would whisper about a man who acted like her shadow and protected her for some years, he then vanished and she was certain it was Ra, incarnated. He left his mark all over the human world, but he is never portrayed as a human, it’s always like a god in human form. In ancient pyramids you can see some pictures of certain man guiding others. It is uncertain how much of it is true, some may only be speculations and downright false.

Miyamoto Musashi (宮本 武蔵?, c. 1584 – June 13, 1645), Vlad III, Prince of Wallachia (1431–1476), Gaius Julius Caesar (July 100 BC[4] – 15 March 44 BC), Genghis Khan (1162? – August 1227), they have portrayed Jintei as a man of great stature, but often with half his face covered. Leif Erickson (970-1020) only wrote in his diary that Odin himself descended and helped him across the great sea to find Vinland.
He went under many names and titles in his journeys and was often seen on the battlefield, with a long black blade and black armor rumored to be made out of dragon bones. Other times he would be dressed as monk using only his hands.

In recent times Jintei has been seen working for many organizations and different factions around the universe. Despite his many achievements he took great pride in the ability to keep himself hidden from the public’s eyes. There are only foggy descriptions, vague words and faulty explanations, which suits him just fine.

So begins...

“ takes a slow sip from his drink and looks down on the table uninterested. "Leave it alone, let's hope they kill each other and be done with it" he said calmly. He didn't like people like that, they were just wasteful. He then sighed lightly and smirked slightly. "Forget that, I've been decent, you? You look well, I sure hope you got yourself a woman, maybe she could chain you to one spot. It's hard to track a guy who moves around like the wind you know" he notices Everest J. standing up and looks at her with sharp eyes, she smelled different than the others. He chuckled to himself, he must be getting old. ”

His strawhat covered his eyes, his dark eyes scanned the bar for a second, then he made his way towards the bar, slowly. Like he had all the time in the world, like he was moving in slow motion for everyone. His long black wild hair swayed as he walked, his breathing slowly, all the smells hit his nostrils and he had a fun time categorizing them, he stopped by the bar and ordered a glass off chivas regal and black coffee. ”

Jintei "No you don't, only if you want to talk to the person, if you don't want to talk to a person, you tell him to leave" said Jintei as he looked at her again with his cold look, he noticed how cold her eyes turned and sat more straight. "Fine, that butler of yours, is he a time traveler?" he asked curious, now he actually looked interested again since he saw hope.

Jintei walks in through the door and almost floats towards the bar, his face hidden by his hat as you can only see him smirk. He stops up where the argument had taken place and then at Dallas, he studies her, but doesn't say anything as he bows slightly. "Ma'am" he says as he continues on his way towards the boot where Don sat. He walks over the seal and simply gazed down for a second before he continued to walk. He sat down and poured the whiskey into his glass, he took a sip and gazed at Don. He puts out a piece off meat and a black dragon emerges from his right sleeve and takes it in one gulp before it hisses steam and goes back into the clothes. It was as large as a cat almost and black as the night with blood red eyes.
