Ramuki is surprisingly tidy for eating so...savagely. Barely a drop of the soup escapes the bowl. The fox has the meal consumed in about seven minutes flat, ending with him draining the bowl in about four swallows. Only then does he finally dab his lips with a napkin after licking his chops clean. The delicious concoction now settled in his stomach and already warming his veins from within
Atani Berentes was only halfway done as Ramuki was dabbing at his chops with a napkin. She chuckled and went back to work on her own bowl, talking between bites.
"Have you ever heard of seasickness?"

(in Calabrese) Yeah, it's not too uncommon anywhere. They say the best way to stop it is to keep your eyes on the deck so you don't lose track of where you're standing. That and don't eat too much. The less you have sloshing around in your belly the better

"Ok, that's all very sound advice," Atani nodded and picked up her bowl to drink the remainder of the pho. She was glad he knew about sea travel to this extent. If he didn't know about seasickness, she wasn't about to tell him!

(in Calabrese) Odd thing to bring up on a meal outing, why do you ask?

Oh, just, you know. The ferry! Want to make sure there aren't too many surprises for you. After all, you are going on my behalf!

(in Calabrese) Going where exactly? And uh...do they have *points at his ear* these thingies where I'm going?

Well, hopefully you won't run into any issues. So long as you don't mind the crowds. I am a little worried of you going off unarmed.

(in Calabrese) That reminds me do I need any special paperwork to have a weapon? Sometimes the Constabulary back home got picky about who got to have a blade on them

Special paperwork?! Not that I know of! I know anything you get from Eldensmithys it comes with official paperwork, who forged it, the name of the weapon...But, no. Everyone carries something here, usually.
”

(in Calabrese) Just curious. Last thing I wanna do is get on the wrong side of the law *doesn't know about the forged paperwork for his ID*

Oh, it's pretty hard to do that! You'd practically have to kill a guy! Or steal. Stealing, as you seem aware, is forbidden. But you won't die over it!

(in Calabrese) Well there's a lot of things that most of society doesn't like no matter what the culture.

Atani Berentes nodded and tipped the rest of the pho down her throat. She took a moment to stare at Ramuki, realizing she quite enjoyed his company and would likely miss him while he was gone. Well the good news is she would have her husband and her new friend back soon. Right? That's what she'd continue thinking in the least.
