Brief Background: He was found wandering the streets of Weathersby, convinced he was the Mad hatter. It was such a bad case that he was sent to an Insane Asylum for his delusions. He has now taken on the name Dominic, (though sometimes he feels like a Fredrick). He is a very creative man, and runs a small tea shop called InsaniTEA. The shop is on the bottom half of a two story building, and he live right above it. It is succesfull if not odd. How he got to Weathersby is unknown really, he can't remember, but he assumes he must have run away from some place and ended up here.
