"People say we are the monsters" She whispered through her tears "If that's true why do we cower in fear?" she asked "Hunted like dogs, and disposed of like vermin" she said crying harder.

McKenzie Ramsey nodded though she lied "I'm fine" she said blushing again. She looked over at Van with now Watery crimson eyes "Do humans really live in fear of us?" She asked. By all accounts she was over 500 years old, but she was still concidered a child to her race, the equivilant of a Teenager in Nox years. She didn't understand the Cull or why it started, she just lived in constant fear now "I mean why else would you start the Cull" she said sipping her drink and tried to forget her embaressing breakdown
