Parlene Sangsue

What pale skin and red hair you have!

0 · 1,560 views · located in Main Street 1

a character in “The Multiverse”, originally authored by Moonscar, as played by Sennen

Description

Image

Oh, won't you come over here, dear? Come, come close, I would like to speak to you! Let me hold your hand, let me feel your skin...oh, so soft!

Your skin is so...soft.

[Under Construction]

Age/Date of Birth: Unknown

Gender: Female

Race: Sangsue

Class: Duchess

The Sangsue are a parasitic race, living off of humans while disguised within their society. Most of the time, Duchess' will not kill their prey. Some will extract the nutrients they need from them and leave them with just enough to survive. Some will do this for the duration of an entire lifetime for one human. Others will simply drain and let die.

Appearance:
Parlene, a pale young woman, is a deadly creature packed into a sickly body. She has a willowy figure, long legs, and a round face. Her hair is of a stunning contrast with her skin, with its vivid, bright red curls running down her back. Her lips are of the same shade. Naturally.

Inside of her body, just below her skin, are small, clear cilia that come out through her pores. They are used to pierce skin so that she may feed from her victim's blood. The cilia transfer the blood to her stomach, however, this process is very slow.

Won't you come and speak to her? All you have to do is come over.
Just hold her hand.
Really, she's harmless.
Promise.

Parlene Sangsue turned as she heard a somewhat familiar voice. She stopped in her tracks, her hand on the back of Sigmunds chair. "Oh, my." She said in a teasing tone. "Don't I remember you! You're Anja's friend, aren't you?" She went on, leaning down so her face was very close to his.

"What was your name?" She asked him, noticing his blush. Well, wasn't this wonderful! She had licence to embarrass this guy as far as she wanted, now!
Leaning in farther, she slid her hand over the boy's shoulders, smiling as she did so.
"If you don't remember, I'm Parlene."

Parlene Sangsue was about to move in, just a little closer, before the nerdy little man slipped out from under her and slunk away. She gave a slight laugh and slid herself into his chair, her hands in her lap as she watched the little man do the worst option he could have done.

He was probably too weak to smash their heads anyway-
What would Anja do in this situation? She would try to help him, wouldn't she? Because Anja was an angel. The only one.
The only good human.

...
Parlene thought long and hard about this. She didn't really care for people in the same way...she wasn't evil. Just selfish.

Parlene Sangsue watched the scene with Sigmund and the bird unfold before her eyes, and slowly got up from her seat. Parlene knew there was something about this...she knew, there was something familiar about that bird...

And then it snapped. Running over to the group, not even glancing at the translucent girl. She then stopped, remembering that this was none of her business.
Oh, but look! The nerdy guy!

Smirking, but trying not at all to show it, Parlene sat down in a chair very close to the group, giving Sigmund a wink.

Parlene Sangsue was looking at Sigmund with her eyes closed to mere slits, her smile possibly taunting him to come over.
Oh, oh, but here came a problem, because Parlene's writer must depart.

Parlene suddenly lurched forward, clutching her stomach, her eyes wide. She looked at Sigmund, at all the other patrons in the bar. There was something very feral about that look.

She then bolted out of the door, not looking back.

A tall, slender, and very pale woman would stride into the bar, hips swaying, lustrous eyes darting from one corner of the bar to the other. Her red hair came in a long braid down her back, a few strands coming loose and falling over her shoulders.

It was then that the strange light at the corner of the bar caught her attention. She turned her head, causing her braid to whip around and slide over her shoulder, to give her attention to Cenoic.
Parlene tilted her head, then put her attention to her hands.
They were starting to wrinkle.

Perfect timing, indeed! Parlene thought, waltzing over tot the man. As she did, she noticed that the space began to distort, twisting backwards, or something along those lines.
"What is this, an optical illusion?" She said aloud.

Unintelligent! Why, if Parlene had heard that...
She would have acted the part, of it meant getting her hands on him. Quite literally, as well. She merely smiled at the mans words; of course he didn't know who he was speaking to. He must have been a newcomer... she'd seen plenty more than she thought imaginable, already!

But this could have been a little naive of Parlene. She was very full of herself, and, in the beauty department, if she was appealing to a human, she had the right to be. She was, in all truth, gorgeous. Her skin was porcelain white, her features and body slender and alluring.
All this took five years of evolution and growth.
Parasites had the strangest lives.

And it all mattered. Even now, as she was distracted by the warping space in the bar, watching it disappear and warp again. She looked back to the man as he spoke.
"What do I want?" She asked with a smile. "Nothing too important. Company, mostly."

Parlene Sangsue narrowed her eyes at the man, tapping her fingers on the surface of the decorative table. For a moment, she stared daggers into his strangely colored eyes. For some reason, she wanted to avoid the auburn eye. She didn't like it, and she hated more that she was uneasy with it. That made her want to stare at it all the more, but she couldn't...she absolutely couldn't.

At the lean man's comment, Parlene only smiled a tad wider, red-rouged lips turning upward. She slid herself into the seat opposite to him and crossed her long, slender legs. "I never said anything about putting you to bed, did I? Don't put words in my mouth, sir, I will not have it." She chided, though it sounded like more of a tease.

Parlene Sangsue leaned her head onto her slim, pale hand. She gave the man a bored look, but still gave him a pleasant smile, because she was patient. She had to be. She leaned back into the chair, finally, placing her hands into her lap neatly. "You see, sir, I have no intention of killing you. I think it would be lovely to gain your favor, it really would, but that's not what I'm looking for."

Parlene really knew how to beat the bush. She wanted to ease this man as much as she could...he didn't seem jumpy, but too wary for her liking. "My name is Parlene. If you'd be so kind as to indulge me in a little...conversation, then I think maybe we can get along."
Lady Sangsue held out that white, slender hand of hers. In her mind, she chanted, 'take it, take it!'

Parlene Sangsue grasped the man's hand in a firm grip, which was surprising for a thin, weak thing like her. She almost frowned when she found out he had taken her hand with a clothed grip. A curse nearly escaped her lips, as well.
"You haven't introduced yourself, but I suppose that's alright." She said, shrugging. Spirits, damn it all! She was aging, she needed his blood!

Of course, the woman did not know about the dangers of it, because, usually, her body filtered such things out and took the nutrients she needed. Even if poisoned, usually, but it didn't always work.
Especially with the strange blood that he had. "So, you say you have a wife and children. Why bother coming to a place like this?" Sangsue laughed.

"Why bother approaching you? Well, you seemed to demand attention, with that illusion of yours. And if you're not in the mood, again, why do you come to Gambit's, of all places?" Parlene snapped, though it sounded like that little tease of hers. She leaned forward on the table, giving him clear view of her cleavage.

"So what's the deal? What kind of power do you have? You can speak up in here. It's actually wise to do so."
Unless you're trying to prey on someone, of course.

Parlene Sangsue would come into the bar, her long, slender figure making itself very apparent. She wore a shirt so low cut it bordered on inappropriate...even for Gambits, and her shorts were the smallest stores could buy. Much of her deathly pale skin could be seen. Her hair was a bright, vivid red, and contrasted greatly with her skin. However, there was no question that this woman was beautiful, attractive...indeed, it was true that she attracted many men. When she walked toward the counter, her bright green eyes scanning the bar, it would be a fact that many of the men's eyes were on her.

She sat next to Kroger Haggai, very nonchalantly, very quietly. However, it was hard to be nonchalant when you stuck out like her.

Parlene Sangsue turned her head to look at Kroger, the brown-headed man with some stubble. Maybe more, but it didn't matter to Parlene. She raised an eyebrow as her eyes scanned him. He looked healthy.
He looked strong.

Lady Sangsue gave the man a soft smile. "Ah, well, isn't that the usual case in Gambits? Service can be quite atrocious."
Her voice was quite alluring, rolling like the calm of a wave, graceful, adroit.

Parlene Sangsue turned her head up to get a better view of Kroger, and her red hair fell over her shoulders to frame her chest. She blinked her eyes slowly. Those green orbs, which were framed by heavy eyelashes. She folded her legs and turned toward him.

"I suppose you must be a just man, then. That is..." She searched for a word, her eyes flickering down, then up to his face.
"...quite nice."
At his pale comment, Parlene smiled. She veered at his medals for a short while, then back, again, to his face.
"You think I am? Do I stand out too much, do you think?"

"Oh, well, I hope that isn't too much of a put-off..."Parlene half joked. She had to giggle, just a bit, because the irony was so wonderful. When Kroger put out his hand, she gazed at it for a very long moment. Could she? Here?
Now?
Probably, but not too much. He could take it as a cut.

She raised her hand and graped the General's hand, holding it daintily. As she did so, Kroger would feel his palm tingle, as if very small pins and needles were being put into his skin. It wasn't painful, just strange.
"It's nice to meet you, as well. My name is Parlene." She said, holding his hand a bit more firmly.

When Kroger looked at his palm, he would spot the smallest drop of blood smeared onto it. It wasn't a lot, not at all. But it was strange that Parlene had blood on her fingers, as well. She took a napkin and hastily wiped her fingers.
"So sorry...it seems I have a small cut on my hand. I got a little blood on you, there..." She lied, giving a napkin to the General.

"I'm afraid I'm not from here, or Earth, either. I meet a lot of them. You must be from earth, right?"
Parlene's cheeks seemed to gain a little color. Not a blush, but they certainly weren't as pale.

"Another planet...I suppose, but it's in a whole different universe, as well. At least...I believe it is. I'm not quite sure." She tossed the napkin over to the side, into a trash bin.
His blood tasted so good. So healthy, and full.
"Is Earth nice? You must like it...though it wouldn't explain why you've come here."

"Really, now? You sound like an interesting man, Kroger," Parlene started, her hands cupping her knees. Maybe he was taken. Which was bad, because she could've drained him easily.
Ah, but Anja wouldn't want her to kill anyone anymore, now did she? That would make her depressed.

"Office? Wherever do you work?" She hoped she wasn't probing, but at the same time, it didn't matter. He would tell her if he didn't want to, and if he did...well, all the better.
She gave him a long, still veer.

Mercenary. Dammit. What was she supposed to do with one of those? She worked hard enough to defy the law without being caught!
Now she was speaking to a damn mercenary. Glory. She really had to be more careful, these days. She should seem more friendly. She was good at that.
Maybe this could turn very much into her favor.

"Hmmm? Oh, that smile really is something! It'd sure stop me from doing anything...horrible." She laughed with a tilt of her head. Gain favor, then maybe she could get away with anything.

Parlene Sangsue locked her eyes onto the muscles in his arm, at his neck, which supported his head. It was strong.
She really needed to stop doing that. She told herself, over and over again, to focus on his eyes. It was so difficult for her, however, because, yes, like she'd witnessed before...he was absolutely healthy. And he possibly had a greater immune system to defend against disease.

"Ah, it isn't anything horrible...you know. I don't think I'd ever take one of your organs? Whatever would I need that for?"
It's you blood I want, sir! Suck you dry as a prune!
"You really think someone like me could hurt you? I almost wish you could say yes!"
