Pye Theoksis's Story

The night prior.

Pye, the pichu, was running from the other pichu's, who taunted and jeered at her - all because she couldn't keep her mouth shut for longer than two seconds. The other of her kind had taunted her - she was never going to evolve because she would never learn anything! The weather seemed to echo her mood, with rain falling and lightning - beloved electricity - flashing through the air. The small, yellow mouse like creature had scrambled up a tree to get away from the others, and then fallen asleep as the others of her kind wondered off onto bigger and better things (supposedly).

Morning

The loud snoring of a Snorlax woke Pye up and the creature fell out of the tree and started to plummet towards the ground. The creature, in it's fear, could feel static electricity crackling around it's tiny, yellow body. She let out a loud, "PIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEE," as she fell from the tree and onto the ground.

Except.. She didn't land on the ground.

No sooner than the foul yellow rat fell on his back did Uriel buck, coming to attention on all fours, unaware of what had just befallen him. That was the least of his worries, however. Snorlax’s weren’t known to do much aside from eating and sleeping, and waking them up was no easy task, but the small creature now sitting on him had somehow done the job. As Snorlax rose, it yawned before setting its sights on Uriel. Uriel had no fear when it came to holding his own in a fight, but he was a normally peaceful and graceful creature who didn’t try to seek out trouble. Before he knew what was happening, Snorlax in an impressive maneuver launched himself into the air with a hyper beam, its shadow cast over him as he dropped from the skies below.

Uriel jumped out of the way with relative ease, but within seconds the Snorlax was up and alert, its attention drawn back in Uriel’s direction. Turning his head and picking the Pichu up the back of its neck, he gently tossed it towards the Snorlax as if as an offering.
