A honorable knight that only does what he believes is right.
Riyokoshi is kind, even when versing an enemy. In war, he absolutely refuses to kill healers, or kill the enemy commanders. If he meets an opponent on the field, if he realizes them to be great men/women, then he spares there lives if he wins. He tries to keep his emotions seperate from others, though, during battle it is hard to keep it in. In any giving situation, he chooses peace rather then fighting. Unless he must fight in order to keep a greater peace.
When confronting members of the opposite sex, no matter race he will still take it more lightly. This is not a flaw as to say he expects them to be weaker, but in his mind he can only remember two from his village that were always kind, his mother and the young daughter of the blacksmith.
When he is caught in social activities, he never wants to talk about the fighting. In fact he can be found as quite oblivious to the surroundings, and just act like a normal guy.
Armor: A medium armor that is black as if forged from some kind of obsidian. The golden trim forms different patterns to help show his heritage.
Spear: A double edged spear that was forged from strange obsidian. When his emotions burn, even the spear is known to spread ashes.
Twin blades: Though he is not to horribly skilled with them, it serves as a last resort.
Born in a rather small village, Riyokoshi learned about the necessity of relying on others. They housed many travelers that just seeked sanctuary from outside bandits. In one of the cases that invaders tried to take the village, his father was lost. Close friends gathered the body and delivered it to his weeping mother. According to his will, and the family tradition, the armor, spear, and responsibility to keep peace was handed down to Riyokoshi. Shortly after training, some sixteen years later his village was burned to the ground. When no others could be found alive, he wandered off, with only his equipment, and his honor. Swearing to protect any that came his path.
