Roy is a tall, thirty-something year old man with the power of telepathy. He has pale skin, and bleached-blonde hair that is parted down the side and falls to about his shoulders in loose waves. He is muscular in the boniest way possible, and carries himself in a way in which he would least be noticed; head down, shoulders hunched, eyes never singling anyone out. He has one green eye, while the other is a pale, milky blue, blinded from where it had been cut through. In addition, he has several other scars about his face, of which he received during his time in the holding facility.
