Description
Personality
Rutilus is normally a calm character. He is extremely hard to both anger and taunt, keeping himself under control. He is very generous and caring rarely seeking to hurt anyone. Only time he will seek out ones death is if they stand in the way of his dream, Order.
Equipment
He has no tools, more or less a physical body.
History
His history in our known universe is non-existent. He is an abnormality which sprung up and appeared. As scientists believed that within each atom could be another universe, well that is what's thought of this. But due to his ectoplasm that could converse as if it was alive they started to believe there was a God but then thought that if this figure had a universe within him, then they were within one of the same things, or so they believed. He has allowed scientists to study him due to the fact they couldn't harm him, but all they have done is ruin all their theories on the universe and how it came about and yet they have come up with more facts on their universe and due to Maker, the leaders of the world have been able to meet other life forms in the universe and become a more powerful and reliable human race.
