Description

Neither small nor tall but adequately at a level so as not to be of particular notice. Sebastian is of a slighted demeanor with lack of physical strength or heavy build but rather that of an acrobat, a dancer. Hair of raven black complements a pale skin so stark and soft, not so difficult to liken it to a vampire or perhaps a ghost. While the eyes ring a blood red snarl, eyes portray a wicked grin to that of butchers knives, so easily ready to slice.

Personality

Sebastian is a trickster but a performer to those who are gullible enough to believe it so. While his eyes dart between a crowd of empty eyes they also skim the contents of pockets, all full of "unnecessary wealth". His speech is theatrical, formal but poetic, while he hold a certain confidence that is not easily missed. While a friend to simple eyes, his motives are much more sly. It takes a while to realize his great facade before it is too late and a fools bargain struck, too easily done by trusting minds.

Equipment

Bastian is in possession of a number of wondrous items, stolen from those too slow to catch him.

The Tarot Cards of Versitive: "A magically bound pack of cards of near infinite possibility. When wielded by the strongest of mind, it grants power of impossible magnitude, allowing the possessor the knowledge of the entire universe." While the historical myth is quite popular, it is of course untrue. While the card do provide insight to future events through vague images, they have not as much power as so hoped or deemed.

The Oradrian Pipe Flute: A simple but beautiful musical instrument so named after a wealthy lord, who unsurprisingly died of mysterious circumstance after loosing his favorite flute to what he assumed to be a petty thief.

Quartimere's cloak: An bewitchingly dark robe imbued with the power of the demon Quartimere, the black messenger of fate. While providing some protection from physical damage, it is weak in close combat. However it can be used to teleport some small distance but with some inaccuracy.

SKILLS

Bastian is adept in both musical performance and advanced sleight of hand. His skills lie in thievery, avoiding detection and his unmistakable wit. He is also able to cast a few small incantations and spells to help in his endeavors.

Psychotic delusion: To make a crowd believe you are a star is one thing but to make them believe what isn't in front of them is another. Bastian can warp the minds of those around him into seeing crazed images of his own imagination, skin crawling with spider, devils in the dark, a rain of daggers. While potent, once realized, his trick is easily dismissed and mentally thrown out.

Chromatic tendrils: In a flurry of light and dazzling colours, he can send the tendrils of sight after his foes, scorching them with the malice of the elements.

Glass Transmorgrification: With the click of fingers and wink of an eye, skin of his turns to clear glass. While extremely vulnerable in this form, Bastian is must more powerful in his magics and near impossible to see.
