Stryfe nodded at Sophia, "I do." She said simply to Sophia. Leaning back against the counter after a few moments. "Fear. It is something that drives us all to do something meaningful." Fatin said, "Let me see... when you fear losing something, you do your very best to keep it close. And you will." Stryfe said to Sophia, she wasn't sure what to say.

Stryfe smiled slightly. "See? That there is your problem." Stryfe told Sophia, "You are not doing enough, but you don't want to do too much. You would rather do anything to make him happy, but do you want to do anything to make the both of you happy? Together?" Stryfe asked Sophia, "Do more. Do less for him. Do more the two people that you are."

Stryfe shrugged her shoulders. She had no experience with relationships. Well, not enough. "I do not know. I am unwed, I have no-one. But, I do know that you shouldn't try to make just him happy. Make yourself happy with him. Do you think the Little Brother would want you waiting on him like some serf?" Stryfe asked, "I do not. I think he would want you happy just as you would want him happy. But, I do not think he'd want to be happy if you weren't as well."

Stryfe waved a dismissive hand at the thanks. "You are very welcome, your thank you is acknowledged. But, you do not need to say those words to let me know. Heed mine, and you will have thanked me for years to come." Stryfe told Sophia, "Keep the Little Brother happy, and yourself as well, equally, and things will go the way you want them to. I assure you, this is true."

Stryfe sat against her black Sedan, having watched Aiyanna and Jahan head inside. "She just went in." Stryfe said, several members of the Invictus' Custodis Benevolentia hopping out of vehicles parked within one block of the bar. "Move on my commands." Stryfe said, obviously speaking to her mercenaries through a communication device. "We know the robot's MO. We have our orders. Benevolence is not an option. If it breathes, kill it. If it moves, kill it. If it isn't one of us... kill it." As Stryfe spoke, the Invictus were taking their positions around the bar, some having entered from the roof. Slowly descending the structure, ready for any and everything. It wasn't like anyone would notice anything amiss, The Invictus were mercenaries, some were thugs. They could be there for any number of reasons.

Stryfe looked down at her wristwatch, counting down the time. "Everyone in position?" She asked, "Aye. We're more than ready right now." One of the mercenaries responded, "Aye. Verse one." Stryfe said, climbing into her car and backing it away from the bar. As if she was trying to get clear of something. She got back out of her car and began down towards the bar, she seemed to be expecting something.

Stryfe brought her assault rifle out in front of her, taking the time to calmly chamber the first round. "Crescendo." Stryfe said, four garbage trucks, all modified for use by the Invictus, would come crashing through buildings and cars. All headed for Gambit's bar. One crashing into Jahan's SUV and sending it spinning away rather easily. This attack was, for lack of the right words, well fucking planned. The garbage trucks slammed into the bar, twisting the metal of the structure in. Sending debris and wreckage everywhere inside. One of the garbage trucks keeping on a straight course for Aiyanna. "Verse two." Stryfe said, a smirk forming on her light brown face.

Stryfe stepped over whatever debris was in her path as she entered the bar, "Gas the bar." Stryfe said, stepping though the room on a path towards Aiyanna. The Invictus members in the garbage trucks climbing out to get a look at their work. "You see...? The Eyes, he likes when his friends are left alone." Fatin said calmly, "That includes Sophia." Stryfe told Aiyanna, keeping her weapon at the ready for now. She was waiting for Verse Two right now. Which meant she needed time. Though, she had more than enough.

Stryfe smiled at that, she and the Invictus were indeed smarter than that. They were probably some of the few who relied on intelligence more than firepower. Once the Sentinels drew close enough to any of the Invictus, they would be found to be tore apart by a multitude of bullets and other weapons. The Invictus were expecting all kinds of violence these days, thanks to several incidents in the past. The bullets, as modified as they wore, ate through whatever metals made up the Sentinels. Stryfe didn't say anything, she did take a step back from Aiyanna though. A pair of small hands reaching up quickly through the floor to grab Aiyanna's ankles, really, through the floor. If said hands were successful, they would begin to slowly pull Aiyanna down. It would seem as if she was sinking. Like she was in quicksand.

Stryfe raised an eyebrow, "The world ends when we say it does." Stryfe told Aiyanna, the Invictus with Stryfe in the bar more or less diving away from Mel's scythe. Unlike other nameless characters, they weren't idiot henchman. They'd move. Duh. Meanwhile, as the fighting in the streets continued, several large gunships would uncloak themselves. Four at the most, taking cues from Aschen designs and using much of the amazing technology the Invictus had took from Lucien's castle. Probably the only things the Invictus had that relied on overwhelming firepower were these gunships. And, with several amazing blasts of energy, they began to tear through the Sentinels, reducing their numbers tenfold. Further blast heading for the origin of the machines. Though, the player behind the character knew that wouldn't work. As always, there would be something more which would make him sigh.

Stryfe and the Invictus would leave, some kind of... super epic shield protecting them.

Outside the bar, a group of at least sixty of the Invictus and their leaders were standing outside chatting to each other. Called to the bar for reasons unknown to them, though some had some ideas of what might be going on. "Anyone know what's going on? I was watching Kate & Leopold... er... working out." A male member of the Invictus said, "Sure, you were. Get your toes done too?" A female mercenary asked, her accent indicating she was from a Spanish speaking country. Some of the other Invictus laughed at the joke, "You know what? Fuck you guys." This only resulted in more laughter.

Though the laughing would come to a sudden stop when a crimson limousine followed by two black vans and three black sedans pulled up to the bar. The mercenaries suddenly stood at attention. It was like they were Stormtroopers and Darth Vader himself was getting out of that limo.

Stryfe stepped out of the limousine, Anodyne getting out behind her with at least twenty more of the Invictus getting out of the vans and cars that followed. Stryfe said nothing to any of the Invictus as she made her way into the bar, she just gestured for them to follow. Which they did, mostly out of curiosity. "So... what's going on?" A mercenary asked, "As you all know, I don't agree with most of the methods used by the Invictus to reach our goals. But... The Irishman went a little too far with the Little Brother, Anodyne reported what she saw to me." Stryfe told the Invictus, though no-one would respond. Some didn't care, some were happy about what Kazen did, others just didn't have anything to say. "I'll be doing something about him, just wanted you all to know. You're dismissed."

A mercenary opened their mouth to say something, but would find himself silent when Anodyne stood in front of him. Instead opting to make his way out of the bar with some of the other Invictus. The only ones that stayed were those that came with Stryfe, who now seated at a table, and those that wanted to drink or mingle with the patrons of the bar.

Stryfe sat back in her booth, brown eyes covered by her eyelids. To most of the bar's patrons, it would probably look like the Arab woman was fast asleep. In actuality, she was thinking about something. A few somethings, actually. Anodyne stood by Stryfe, taking the appearance of a bodyguard, as she usually did when Stryfe or Izumi were present. The other members of the Invictus had already left, few remaining in the bar to drink. "Soon enough."

Stryfe lifted her head to look at Sophia, nodding once before she gestured for the woman to sit with her. "You do not need to ask permission from me to speak, you are your own person." Fatin said to Sophia, "What it is it?" Stryfe asked Sophia, raising a black eyebrow at the woman. She had a couple of ideas of what Sophia wanted. Some great ideas, really.

Stryfe nodded at that, "Honestly, I don't know what to do either. I have not been faced with anything like this because I lead a hedonistic lifestyle, I do not wish to be with one person just yet." Stryfe told Sophia, "The best thing I can tell you right now... I tell you to think, do what you think is right, what will make you the happiest. If you think that being with Izumi will make you the happiest, be with him. If not... well..." Fatin shrugged a shoulder, "Think about things. Talk to him, I suppose."

Stryfe inclined her head in a respectful manner towards Sophia, "Choose wisely, Sophia. For your decision will have consequences, good and bad, no matter what." Stryfe told Sophia before she herself stood up, looking around the room for someone she could talk to. But, she figured she wouldn't find anyone. Most people seemed to ignore anyone that wasn't their own friend or some cliche.

Stryfe looked over at Sophia, a visible frown finding it's way on her light brown face. "Failed?" Stryfe asked Anodyne, though as usual she didn't receive a response from the Liberian woman. "Come, we shall see if the Little Brother has left." Stryfe said to Anodyne, gesturing for the other woman to follow before making her way towards the staircase.

Andoyne put a hand up to stop Stryfe, "What is it?" Fatin asked, Anodyne directing her towards Danica. "Ah. Thank you. Continue you up to see if the Little Brother is in his room." Stryfe told Anodyne before heading on her way towards Danica, brown ears still listening in on Sophia. "Danica, how are you?"

Stryfe nodded at Danica, "Hm... a lost brother?" Stryfe asked, "Um... do you think that he may be... deceased?" Stryfe had to ask this, it was a necessary question. "Or, do you know that he is? If you do not know, you must seek answers. Cry when you know the truth, or smile." Fatin told Danica, it was obvious that even after becoming agnostic she had retained much of her Islamic upbringing.
