Info: There is almost no information about this man. He's a ghost, disappearing from one place, reappearing in another. The male rarely stays in one place long enough to make any connections with other people, which makes gathering information on him very difficult. No family members on record, no prints in the database. We believe "Suraisu" is an alias, though it may be his real name. There are no blood records, medical records... According to us, he doesn't exist!
As gathering information is extremely difficult with this man, little is known about him. We could only guess his personality is similar to that of a drifter's or a loner. This would lead us to believe he has a cold personality, only speaking when spoken too, and only saying what needs to be said.
Again, as information on this man is scarce, little is known about what weapons he carries. The only visible weapon we can identify is the katana he seems to always carry at his side. When faced with several guards, he drew the blade in an instant it seems, meaning the weapon is extremely lightweight. This lead us to believe that it would break easily, but when matched by several batons that it easily sliced through, that idea was thrown out. What really took us by surprise was when he cut through the armor plating of one of our tanks as if it were butter. Most of the men who had been cut by the blade mentioned feeling this icy sensation at the wound, and felt as if they were unable to move that section of their body. It's obviously a poison that paralyzes, leaving only a chilling sensation in the victims wounds. The poison spreads as fast as excited the victim is. If he or she is calm and steady, the poison would take a longer time to circulate throughout the body than if the victim was excited, hyped up, or terrified. We have codenamed this weapon "Frostbite"

Features: The hilt of the blade, as well as it's sheath is completely black, as is the theme with this man. The blade, however, is often a sapphire blue depending on the lighting. This substance covering the blade reflects light, giving the blade it's blue sheen. We believe it to be the poison we've found in the bodies of the men.
