Themis is a being of Order, and the 'daughter' of Ruuka and Mania.

She has more maturity than the two of them combined, although that's more of a
testament to Mania's complete and utter immaturity, and Themis being a slight stick in the
mud, than anything that can be said about Ruuka.

In the past she was worshiped on Origin, the Caikora Continent being the center of the
religion centered around her. Funnily enough, the period from her first appearance before
mortals, and the dissolution of the theocracy that followed her teachings, could be classed
as her teenage rebellion against Ruuka.

At the end of said rebellion though, Themis decided that, while helping mortals made her
feel better about herself, they would not grow if she fought all their battles and cured all
their ills. Don't misunderstand, she still fussed over them in private, but she hardened her
heart to their plights.

"No Dad, this decision doesn't have anything with taking care of them not being fun"

The Theocracy's end on Caikora gave way to a monarchy, which in turn was ended by a
revolution caused by Mania's actions, who was miffed that Themis cared more about 'this
mortal rabble' then herself.
