Canus

A planet much like Earth's, with underground water ways and tunnels, and glowing blue rocks and diamonds that make the planet glow when observed from space. It has black and light blue plant types, and the buildings are made of a sturdy black steel.

A seemingly black void, this supremely large low-light star is heavily surrounded with space debris, causing it's light to rarely escape it's system. Not much life to be found here, if you can get to it through the asteroid belts and other obstacles.

Pirates are known to escape through this system when being pursued. No government bothers chasing them through. It's common knowledge that many who try to get through are never seen again.

The one known planet exists as an economic powerhouse, offering some of the best shopping and trade in this arm of the galaxy. It can primarily be accessed via teleportation shuttle, as getting there otherwise isn't cost effective for most.
