Setting
The entire interior is white, which can be unnerving until you let yourself succumb to the starkness and the quiet.
This, the Freemen found, was not only the best way to ensure everyone could learn always, but it also did it's fair share of cutting down on crime.
"We can get a better view of what's going on down there if you'd like," Atani laughed.
Down below a crowd had assembled. Every now and again someone clothed in white, sometimes on a mount, bubbled through the crowd-which grew larger by the minute. These were the Freeport Knights of the White Flame. People leapt out of their way only to fight to be closest to them. Atani folded her arms around her to protect her from the breeze. Not that it was freezing, but it wasn't exactly warn wind.
"I love Freeport," Atani almost whispered. Her white har flicked around as the wind caught and dropped it. Her mind was still abuzz about why the knights were called, but she kept her panic inside. She stayed away from the edge, watching Ramuki closely lest he panicked at their height.
They were very, very high.
"I wonder if everything is alright in Vien," Atani pondered aloud.
The news?
"Oh, the INN are here? Usually they, they only touch base in Vien..." Atani ran a finger down through her hair and peered over by Ramuki. What could that even mean? Freeport rarely made Intergalactic news. Actually, their last visit was when the Princess was born, and that was when Atani was still in school!
Atani continued to play with her hair. It was a long broadcast, which had her worried. Why were they here?
"Let's go check it out," She tried to maintain composure but anxiously inched towards the elevator.
"Should be interesting, do you have the news back where you're from? Reporters? People who let the public know what's going on?" Atani nervously rambled, her mind flitting anxiously to her husband across the sea.
"Ah, better ride this time?" She gestured back towards the elevator with one hand, the other on her belly.
