Setting
The utmost reaches of the Azure citadel's tower play host to its owner and Empress of The Sapphire Desert, Suzerain Nedelethakor. From this hall, one can see the immense blue sapphire for which the citadel is named up close (which is, of course, protected by a maddening slew of powerful guards and wards). For those of discerning intellect, they might notice that the walls and floor are covered with an array of magical symbols that seem to serve a larger purpose, though it would take a long time to discern what that purpose is.
It serves as Nedelethakor's throne room; the entire hall bathed in the radiant scintillation of billion faceted stone overhead. The Suzerain rarely holds audience here, however, as she is usually out running her newly seized Empire. A series of powerful fiends guard the room at all times, and it is large enough to hold a small gathering or feast. As per the overall schema of the Citadel, the great vaulted windows are open to the winds and the hall is always somewhat alive with the sound of desert wind...

Suzerain Hall
The summit antechamber sparkles with blue light passing through the impossibly huge gemstone overhead, bathing the hall in mysticism and regal power. It is not hard to feel that many eyes are upon you...

Santio looked at him, "Wouldn't call my buds weak. Some could kick ya ass." he told him. "Oh ya papa taught ya somethings? How adorable." he told him with a smirk, "Cruel man or not I have been taught things as well. Without hidin' behind daddies legs or mama skirt."
"Oh, i didn't hide at all, i killed my father, he didn't have any more use" he said and suddenly sprinted quickly, very quickly and slashed at Santio's legs.
Sanito leapt back for the blade, he fired his gun at the boys arm. He was surprised at his speed but he hadn't grown up on the street for nothing. He reached into a holster on his armpit as he drew out his own knife, this one serrated.
Hunter quickly moved to the side and dodged the bullet, and slashed at Sanito's hand, the one holding the gun, and grinned.
Sanito dropped the gun with a hiss of pain as he kicked at Hunter aiming a side kick at his ribs, just because he didn't have a gun didn't mean he couldn't fight.
Hunter was kicked in the ribs and winced in pain but then held Sanito's leg up, and stabbed the knife into it, and twisted it, and sliced deep into the leg.
Sanito bit the cig to keep from screaming in pain as he felt the blade tear into him. He flipped the blade in his hand so the serrated side was facing hunter as he aimed a downward slash at the arm with the blade, "an eye for a fucking eye." he thought to himself angrily.
Hunter let out a cry of pain as the blade slashed into his arm. "Not a good idea birdy" he said with a grin, and stabbed the knife into Sanito's shoulderblade, and twisted it enough, and cut a vein open.
Sanito fell down as the blade punctured his shoulder blade feeling it cut into his his vein as he growled at him still holding his knife as he pulled it downwards as he fell tearing into his arm. If he was gonna go down, he was going down fucking fighting!
Hunter Fleischer screamed in pain as the man dragged the knife down, and he kicked Sanito to the ground, and stabbed the knife into his already injured shoulderblade, and looked at the man's chest, and grinned, "Hey Teacher, could i borrow some knives?" he asked.
Natsuki appeared next to Hunter as they looked at Sanito, my he had grown since they had last seen him. A late teenager now, not the boy left for dead. The entity handed him a dagger from their sleeve not the one it used. No that was theirs.
Sanito blinked as he saw Natsuki an image of them entered his head as he remembered being left on the streets as a child. He weakly tried to pull the knife out grunting in pain as the handle grew slick with blood. He kept on trying though he wasn't one to give up.
Hunter Fleischer grinned and took the knife and looked at Natsuki, "Looks like you know this man, well, i'm going to do what you did with my heart Natsuki to this.......pest" he said and stabbed the knife into Sanito's chest, and started carving a hole, but stopped, "Since you smoke, you can have one more smoke" he said and took the cigar from Sanito's pocket, and placed it in his mouth, and lit it with his own lighter.
Sanito screamed as the knife plunged in his chest this was worse than when he was left for dead, at least then he had a chance of living. This... he knew it would be his last gig, "sorry Ukino don't think ya can raise the dead. Looks like I won't be able to teach you poker either..." he thought to him as the boy pulled out his last and only cigar he had been saving that when he either was dying or when they killed the bringer of destruction when it was lit he puffed out a smoke ring in the boys face. "Go fuck yourself kid..." he growled at him, defiant until the end.
Natsuki nodded their head at Butcher, "we indeed knew him." they told him. "Not so long ago." they remarked as they watched his apprentice do his work and heard Sanito, oh yes that was his name now that they thought about it, "foolish of him..." he thought at Sanitos' words. A pitiful act of defiance.
Hunter Fleischer reached his hand into the wound and felt around until he found the heart and he squeezed it, trying to cause Sanito pain, and he grinned, licking some of the blood up, "You know you will die, your bravery is noted"
Sanito bit on the cigar as the ash fell down as he felt the pressure squeezing his heart seeing this kid licking his blood up. "Yeah, I know I will die, what about ya kid? Can ya honestly say that your master won't bore of ya and kill ya? Do ya really think a monster like them can care enough to not do that?" he growled at him. "At least I know who is gonna kill me at this moment." he growled at him as blood dribbled down his mouth. "So again I say... Fuck you." he gasped out as he coughed a bit. He wasn't going to reveal where his allies were. Or who they were, they were the only family he has now.
"Well, have fun going wherever you think you are going Sanito, just know, that your heart is going to be a good meal for me, and honestly, my teacher can do what he wants with me, i am the apprentice, not the master" he said firmly and ripped the man's heart out of his chest, and opened his mouth wide, and swallowed the heart.
Sanito didn't give the boy the satisfaction of screaming as he felt an immense pain before he died the image of his new family the last thing he saw, his defiant look plastered on his now dead face.
Natsuki watched their apprentice in mild amusement as he killed his opponent and ate his heart much like he did to his own. Sanito was right though, they could easily kill their apprentice if they found him unsatisfactory, though time would tell that. "Well done. We are impressed on how you dealt with him."
Hunter turned to Natsuki, and bowed to him, "Thank you Teacher, i felt great delight in causing chaos, whoever his friends were, will not be happy, and that caused chaos, we need to find them, to send a message, with this man's body".
Natsuki nodded their head in agreement, "It has been a while since someone tried to stand up against us..." they replied to him as they knelt down to the body and searched him before finding something that hummed to him. "We think this can lead us to them." they told him as they pulled out a simple carving of a something that almost resembled a bird.
Hunter Fleischer looked at the carving and nodded his head, "Hmm, that's interesting but is it a map of some sorts?" he asked with a curious tone.
Natsuki chuckled, "no one of his allies made it." they remarked, "Just as good as a map, considering the type of wood. They will probably be at the forest border." they explained, "It also is a link to them."
