Helthas Sedra watched the river with an expression of deep distaste, still attempting to calm his breathing after being forced (by Vrass, of course) to cross. He settled himself onto the picnic blanket with an uneasy sigh.
Ginny seemed to be rather unfortunate of company. On one hand, she had the 'strong' Vrass to hold everyone up and kindly chide them across the bridge. On the other hand, she had Sedra, Cerenah and Vrass acting like a group of bickering kids, Cerenah always between the two and picking her favourite at that particular time to back up, usually by sticking her tongue out at the opposition. "I'm pretty sure if you all sit down and just have something to eat, then the day'll start to get better. No more river crossing, for a while at least," Ginny said, lowering herself to the ground next to Sedra with a steadying smile.
Helthas Sedra put a hand to his head, dizzy and pale. "I really don't think it would be all that wise for me to eat at the moment, my love; I really would rather not revisit my lunch."

Helthas Sedra relocated the shaking hand to his eyes, seeking some small comfort in being unable to see the unfolding situation. He didn't speak, as he had no idea what to say.
Ginny sighed, lowering her head to hide, partly due to her shame and partly due to the worsening worry she held at the fact that some murderous woman very well may be able to track Sedra down somehow. "Sorry, Sedra... Here, Cerenah, you eat this - Sedra, this is tea, or something, why don't you try a little of it?"
Helthas Vrass watched from the river itself, looking rather unimpressed and refusing to come any closer whilst Sedra was having one of his little meltdowns.

Helthas Sedra took the cup and held it, staring into its depths. He glanced up when Vrass spoke, but rapidly turned his attention to Cerenah. "Are you quite all right, Miss Cere?"

"Tired, Sed'a," Cerenah murmured, abandoning her sandwich to wearily make her way over to Sedra. She plonked down rather carelessly beside the man, intending on simply sitting there, though judging by the way her eyes drooped with every breath and her head nodded with every blink seemed to suggest she'd be snoozing very soon.

Helthas Sedra set the cup down again, and made quite sure that it wouldn't tip before reaching over and settling the child in his lap. "If you are tired; sleep, Miss Cere, even if it's just for a little while. I promise that you won't miss anything."
