Setting
The Wing City Library has every book you could possibly want inside. From history books to science books, fiction to non-fiction. Everything can be found within these shelves.
Reference books cannot be taken out, but feel free to photocopy or sit in the library and take notes.
Research books/Journals can be taken out for a maximum of a week, and cannot be renewed over again for multiple weeks.
Every other book can be taken out for a maxximum of three weeks, and if there is no reserve on the book for others wanting it, it may be renewed for up to a maximum of 6 times.
Please remember that this is a public library so respect the other users by being quiet at all times. Mobile phones have to be on silent and answered outside of the library, and food and drink can only be used in the designated and signed areas, not near any of our books.
At the back of the library there are several desks and a wifi area for you to use your own laptops and to sit with books.

"I've kind of heard of them. I think." she said, shuffling in her spot. Did Jakob ever say anything about them? She was sure he did, at one point, and she was only half listening. Probably playing something on the old X-box or sorting through their priorities for the week, managing their cash or...or...something!

He told the two, "I'll call and give them a heads up." Riley lifted his phone, though instead of calling he opted to type a text message. With one push of a button it was sent.
"Is she with you or not?" Dennis asked, gesturing to Delta. "Gotta know who's coming along for the ride."

Hatchet tiltled his head, and made a stride toward Delta. "Well, are you, Miss Vargas? Don't you want in on the 'good life'? Or do you wish to stay put, and never take that leap of faith?" He poked and prodded at her. "I'll just state a fair warning, though." He eyed her curiously. "If you do join me, and recieve that pay-check, there isn't any turning back." He glanced back at Dennis. "These are the big leagues."

Hatchet smiled. He smiled wide. He was all too pleased. He himself had just taken a 'leap of faith' with Vargas and Dennis. It had paid off well, so far. He nodded to Dennis. "That sounds excellent." Hatchet turned back to Vargas. "As he said, I'll tell all the details, on the way." He stepped closer to Vargas, only to stand a few feet away. He reached out his hand. "Hatchet. Jack M. Hatchet. That's the name you'll be hearing soon. I'm sure it will be much to my benefit to have you on my side, Miss Vargas."

He asked, unlocking his car doors and soon climbing inside of his vehicle. "Just follow behind me and try not to get blown up. I've heard about Wing City."

Hatchet's favortie reference of the car was a commercial, which stated 'When you turn your car on, does it do the same?' It was the hook, line and sinker for his decision of purchasing it.
Hatchet's eyes merely glazed over, in response to Delta's insults. "You know, I could just make you call me boss." Hatchet nodded to Dennis in agreement of his car's extravagance, though it was obvious Hatchet preferred a more luxury-fit. "Will do." He called.
He pulled out his keys formhis inner jacket-pocket, and unlocked the car doors with the remote. The lights flashed in response. He didn't waste time opening the car-door for Vargas. The hint that she could open her own doors was sinking in. He looked back to her and gestured toward the passenger side. "Well, get in." he cocked a brow, still teasing her.

After moving the stick shift to the correct gear and he pressed down on the pedal, driving off towards eastern Wing City. Though he drove slow enough for Hatchet not to lose sight of him and the car.
Hatchet smiled, and shook his head. Strapping himself in, he started the car. The engine had a low hum, and upon mobilization, it barely made a sound. It was comfy, classy, and most of all, shiny. "So," he began, while driving. "Is there anything specific you want to know, Delta?" He was always more comfortable, while driving. Most everyone was.

Fei was lounging in a chair backwards, her head leaning off the seat and her legs propped up onto the headrest. She had her hands around a bracelet, and fidgeted with it incessantly. She had seemed uneasy from the moment she came in.

"Let's see...hunter's Lore...hunter's lore...." David muttered to himself as he ran a finger along the spines of books, searching through one of the thousands of book cases that were in this library. He'd been here all day, and found everything he could every need, at least, he thought so. He was carrying five books with him, add to that the stack that was waiting for him back at his table and...well..he had a lot of reading to do. He knew it wasn't going to be easy, training to be someone who could defend himself, but it was a huge pain. Not to mention he still hadn't found a teacher to show him magic yet....
Well, that wasn't entirely true. As crass and rude as she was, David had to admit that Fei had at the very least, helped him learn a few tricks...although he still knew for a fact she enjoyed beating the hell out of him with her magic....
