Personality: Good natured, reliable, trustworthy, easy going. Arcturus has been a vampire for long enough that he doesn't really care all that much about the differences between humans and vampires. That said, he has been around the block more than a few times and is quite adept at taking care of himself and keeping secrets. He is good at reading people, but still has trouble relating to them. He has been a vampire for so long he has forgotten much of what mortality felt like. Served with various military and police forces over the years, but as of now, he just wants to relax and watch the world unfold for a bit. Wears sunglasses, more to keep people from getting freaked out by his eyes than out of any sense of style.
