Alex's eyes closed as he agreed with what Tommy said. He had to choose and this was turning out to be very similar to the whole Theresea, Corbin and Kristina incident. He hated himself for making Kristina angry, but even more so for ending up like Corbin, though he wouldn't allow himself to slip down the same path, despite having feelings for both girls.
His eyes shot open as Belle walked in and asked what was wrong, a concerned expression on her delicate face. "I'm not going to lie to you, Belle..." He started, "I love you, and you know that, I hope, but lately I've started to develop feelings for Erieda. Whether these feelings be love or friendship, they're there. I don't want to betray you, I never have. I just don't know what to do.. I'm so confused...". His voice was as rough as a low growling noise, his brows furrowing with his frustration.
Alex had never been one to have so many emotions flowing through him at one time, so times like this confused him to such an extent that he could be compared to a turtle on it's back or a baby seal. He was helpess, weak and alone. A lost cause.
"I have to go" He finally said after letting the room go silent for a few moments, "I'm sorry". He couldn't take it anymore. He had to get away from the hotel, away from the 3 whom were probably all angry with him right now. He also couldn't go to Erieda because it would just be awkward and tense. Theresea and Corbin were talking alone and Corbin would be deeply annoyed with him if he interupted. He had no one, no friends to comfort him. He'd be lying if he said life didn't utterly suck at that moment.
He paused outside the hotel, his dark orbs glowing as the moon's rays castled over them. His fingers curled into his palms as his hands formed the shape of a ball. He wanted to hit something, to release all of his anger in one large explosion. However he could not. It would've put everyone in danger and practically ruin the only place safe enough to sleep in, but also attract a lot of unecessary attention from the people of Parkwood.
After a while of thinking about his next move, Alex had come to the decision that Erieda was the only one deemed worthy of actually making life just that little bit more enjoyable, despite how much she probably despised him for the whole 'kiss and ditch' situation. He would have to wait and see, trying was the only way he would know for sure.
He dropped into a low crouch, then darted forward, moving at an extremely fast pace. His running looked quite primal, even more so because he was jumping and swinging from branch to branch as he went. He stopped on a branch a few metres away from Erieda, out of sight on her end. She seemed to be quite protective and wary, as if something had spooked her. It might have been him, but it might have been something else also. Just to be sure, he called her name once, probably only loud enough for her to hear, then followed it up with; "You seem all spooked and stuff, what's up?".
Just so she knew it was definatly him, he dropped from the branch and moved towards her, his muscles tensed and his movements were carefully planned out so that he might jump out of the way if something came at him. He didn't want to be the target of whatever was coming, but his need to protect Erieda also made him not want her to get injured either.
((O.O.C. Sorry for such a long post. It all just kind of.. came out. x'D))
