Today was the arrival of Tenen in the Willowspeak village. He arrived much earlier than what the job have been saying; it said that there has a delay of a week, but he arrived in under 5 days. Although, it isn’t because he knows some secrets about the known land, but more because he passed nights without sleeping. During his travelling, he had the unfortunate moments that he couldn’t find any inns awhen the night fell, and so he had made some overnights. The tiredness was slightly marked in his eyes, but how fluid his body movement was indicate that he didn’t mind the lack of sleep. He made a small grin as he arrived in the streets, marking his victory.

Tenen had first to do some minor deliveries; letters from all kind of people made for the inhabitants of the village was packed in his snatchel, but there was a more major package he had to deliver, which not only required his services, but he had backbag just because it took too much space in the snatchel. He kindly refused the hospitatlity of some of the citizens, saying that he had other people to see before stopping to rest. Some were more persistent, since Tenen had few bandages, but he only said that he already treated them. He always kept a smile towards the strangers; making sure that they were well-served, even if some were more rude than the others. After the minor jobs, he took a moment to enjoy the village itself. Like many other places, he didn’t know if he is going to be able to see it again. His occupation obligate him to travel a lot, meaning he doesn’t really have a permanent house. While he is still welcome in the house of his parents in his hometown, he doesn’t come there often. Either way, after stretching a bit, he set his way to his last delivery.

Tenen made his way to Aisha’s door, knocking on it, and waited patiently.

Thoroark accepted the gloves with a large smile, putting them over his hand's and flexing his fingers to test them out. The leather well-molded to the slabs of meat he called hands thanks to Aisha. The giant heard the knocking and sighed heavily.

"Thank's for the gloves!,Considering you used my hands to meld them in shape. I'm pretty sure they're only suited for my arms, or as a weird new fashion for leather-wearing teenage girls. You know the ones I'm talking about!" He joked, chuckling lightly as he stood to get the door, lightly pushing the chair away from himself with his legs and clapping his hands together a few times to cool down the gloves a little. "Couldn't get ten minutes alone with Aisha could I?, I swear I'm too popular sometimes." He muttered to himself, only half-joking as he wrapped his hand around the door-knob and pulled the door wide open. Taking a step out so that his Gargantuan form filled the door-frame and blocked all else from view. He was quite an imposing and scary man to meet for the first time, especially when his soul-piercing eyes locked themselves onto the courier.

The giant leant down slightly to be as close to level with them as he could be without being spine-bendingly uncomfortable,a broad grin crossing his features. "So,what'd you want hm? Delivery for Aisha or her errand boy?"He asked the courier,a piece of Zander's sweet bread in his hand that he now bit a chunk out of, fighting trolls and crawling through caves was hungry work, especially when you had all...this,to keep energized.

As the door opened before him, a giant mass got out of it. He was surprised first, thinking that he knocked at the wrong door, since Aisha sounded more like a girl’s name. He looked up at the stranger whom no name was given to Tenen so far, and it was rather imposing. On the outside, he seemed confident, grinning as well to the goliath, but on the inside, he felt his heart thumping. He learned during his life to hide some of his emotions, because it affected the others as well. If you show to bandits that you fear, you most like to be robbed in the next minute. However, if you show them that you don’t mind to defend by yourself, even if they are far superior in numbers, you have a chance to get away. With a body like the one that stood in front of him, it was rather clear that most bandits won’t even dare to approach the being itself. Either way, he listened to what the being said, reassured that he was, in fact, that the good place.

Tenen nodded softly. “Yes, she placed an order a week ago… well; a few days would be more appropriate, and it arrived earlier than said…” The man delicately placed the backpack on the ground, taking out a key to open it, revealing another box inside. Although, the box that was inside seems to be even more secure, having an odd lock on it, and the material that it was constructed with seems to be made so no one who dares to force it open succeeded. “I’ve been told that Miss Aisha had the item to open it, so I don’t really need further care. If you could please take it to her,” He said. While he remained polite, he doesn’t seem to have the wanting to invade into their lives, even if it his last delivery of the day. Tenen just thought that he would go search for an inn, perhaps take a room and take a nap, and look if his guild was hopefully in this village as well. The trinity courier guild was well recognized for its premier across the known land, even though there is known of some problems during the past, but it remained very low. He wondered if it was obvious that he is a tad tired, but he knew that his wounds were seeable due to his bandages.

Thoroark stared at the odd crystal, rubbing at his right eye for a moment as he stared at the swirling center. His gaze broken only when Aisha asked for the Phantomshade when he tore his eyes from the drawer that now contained the unsettling object to look towards her. He offered a small smile and a mock salute, chucking a coin towards the courier and stepping past him.

"Sure thing,I'll just drag Allan and Zander along, maybe even courier boy here if he's up for it." He said, ruffling the messengers hair as he began heading down the street for a little while "Any idea what were up against?,No?, well alrighty then. I'll be back somewhere between two hours and three days. If the bread tastes horrible it's because Zander's dead. Sound good?" He continued, half-sarcastically as he continued down the street towards the small group, consisting of Zander, Allan and some small girl that he didn't recognize. It helped that he was able to see over everyone else but even with that he couldn't pick out any of the girl's features.

The giant eventually got far enough down the street without having to stop to help someone to shout to the group "Hey!, Aisha needs more Phantomshade and I'm heading up the mountain to try and find some, anyone up for a field-trip? See what it's like running around on Aisha's 'simple' errands? You can even bring along your friend there and anyone else you feel like." He yelled to the group. Stopping in front of them with a broad grin, his arms folded across his chest, his monstrous sword now sheathed atop his back the handle peaking over his left shoulder.

Lauren accepted the bread Allan gave her, after smelling it she putted the bread in her shoulder bag, but, when she was ready to say thank you and leave, someone shouted to the two boys and to her as well. Lauren lifted her head and a little farther away in the street was the biggest human Lauren has ever seen. "What is that thing?! Is it a giant? Sure looks like it." Lauren thought as she looked astonished at the man.

But wait, did he say Aisha? Isn't that the name of the woman who makes the floating candles? It was the reason why Lauren was in this town to begin with! Lauren thought that floating candles would be really useful to launch fire arrows, but since she didn't have money with her perhaps doing a request to her was the easiest way to get some candles. "But I can't say that! I need to make them need me to go along... perhaps..." Even thought the giant man had said she could come she wasn't just going because he thought she was friends with these guys. Avoiding relationships was a part of her nature. After pondering for a few seconds Lauren spoke and tried to feign disinterest "Up to the mountain? Wouldn't you guys get lost? You should probably get a tracker. And lucky for you I'm a good tracker that could use some spare coins."

"Hehe, with this they will probably even pay me for doing this request" Lauren thought about the devious plan, she will go with the group as she wanted and get paid in the process! Even though she wasn't interested in the money at all, the point of the scheme was tricking them in believing she didn't want to make friends and was just going for the money. Now to see if they bought that.

He looked up when he heard Ark's booming voice echo down the street and he waved. At the mention of a job his eyes lit up. Something to do at last! His day off would not be wasted after all it seemed.
"Why not? I don't have anything to do today, and a little extra cash wouldn't hurt. I've been meaning to get some new hammers, and the price of steel has gone up recently."
He nodded to himself and smiled. He didn't really care about the money as much as he just wanted something to do, and Aisha's jobs always wound up being more interesting than she cared to let on.

He arched an eyebrow at Lauren when she piped up, then smiled and looked up at Ark. "Ark, this is my new friend Lauren. Lauren, this is Thoroark, but everyone calls him Ark, and no, he's not a giant. Pretty sure he isn't anyway." He ripped off another piece of bread and chewed at it for a while before speaking again, apparently contemplating the best way to go about speaking.
"You're welcome to come with us if you want, and Aisha probably would be willing to pay you for your trouble, but you're more interested in those candles of hers than cash aren't you? 'Course you are." He nodded again and grinned.

"I'll go get my things and let Ed know whats happening. Meet you at the north gate!" He ran off towards the smithy without another word. When he got there, Ed was gone so he left a note on the table and packed his bag. Tent, bedroll, some basic repair tools, some dried meat and fruit in case they couldn't find food, flint and steel, and a box of whet-stones. He then took off his work clothes, got into his traveling gear, and pulled on his armor. It only consisted of greaves, sabatons, a pair of faulds that strapped to the belt, a pauldron, and some thick leather gloves, but he'd found it was all he needed. He strapped his sheathed bastard sword to the belt, grabbed a waterskin, and headed for the north gate.

Tenen caught the coin, placing it in his satchel. He didn’t really need tips, but he decided not to start to start an argument against those two. There was something with them that felt that there isn’t much to go against. He grimaced as the colossal beast ruffled his air; Tenen didn’t really nead a near haircut. Any ways, the invitation was sweet from them, but he shook his head, grinning. “I would gladly accept it,” he said, walking in the same general direction as the tall stranger, “but I came from a long trip myself, and you probably know that it isn’t much of a cakewalk getting around here sometimes. Maybe another time.” He chuckled warmly, waved back at him, bidding a farewell.

Now that this is out of the way, he started on his search for the inn. He had heard that this village had its inn within its tavern, which was easy to locate, since it seems to be the only one around the place. The sign suspended in the air could be read ‘The Frosty Dragon’. ‘The name seems rather inviting,’ he thought in somewhat of a sarcasm. The courier entered into the tavern, which seemed to already have welcomed some guest. He made a small profile around, not wanting to drag much attention to him as he went for paying the owner for a bed. The owner seems to be having a good time; it wouldn’t be surprising since his business seems to work perfect. He took few coins from him, showing where the rooms are, saying it is the third one on the left. He thanked the owner and made his way to his room, which was led by a stair to the second floor, and took his left, and entered into the room that was designed for him.

Once in, he made sure that the door is locked tightly, and he made his way to the desk, putting his satchel on it, putting the backpack in it, and he took a paper out. He went into the bed, reading the paper. It was the commissions he had to do. He made sure that everything was delivered, but it was obvious that he was done with everything, since there was nothing left in his satchel unless for his coin pouch, the backpack, the piece of paper, and few provision for himself. He tossed the paper back into the backpack, and he quickly fell into a deep sleep, seeming that he doesn’t care much of the noise outside of the room. However, when entered into the realm of dreams, he felt a small burning on his back.

After a somewhat long nap, Tenen woke up. He didn’t care what hour he woke up; he needed to move a bit. It was no good to keep so much energy to the hope he doesn’t get insane. It was his way to convince himself to get a bit of training. However, he much firstly check on his wounds. He started to unravel his bandages, looking at the few marks left by the wounds he had. The boy lifted his shirt away, exposing another bandage around his chest; he didn’t made this one. It was a lovely lady which he forgot the name that didn’t let him go until the gash on his back is treated. As selfish Tenen can be, he let the lady not by choice, but because he fell unconscious. It would treat him to not accept the hospitality in such condition. Either way, he revealed the severe wound; it wasn’t bleeding anymore, but the courier feared that it might open again, and so he putted on the bandage again. Of course, if the guild knew of his condition, he wouldn’t be allowed to deliver for a bit. Although, his sleeveless shirt was place in such a way – and the way he hid his suffering – that it wouldn’t be seeable.

He flexed a bit in his room, well, the inn’s room that was so gladly rented for a night; he was thinking of going away from the village today or tomorrow. It wouldn’t be surprising of him; as one of the best, he had only few times for himself before going back on a job of delivering messages. Sometimes, during his loneliness, he felt the need of reading one of those messages. The odd things about it; it was always the same sender. It wasn’t at random; there was an actual letter he would like to tear open and look at the content. He could do it, but as loyal he is to his job, he would try to ignore the feel of opening the content of it. His thoughts soon scrambled in his head into a mess which he so dearly called ‘The unwise experience of an unknown sender’, and he tossed it away, like someone could just toss a piece of paper by the window.

Tenen went outside of the building, and started his training; free running. It was one of the many things he likes to do; climbing walls, running around the roofs, jumping at risky heights while performing some acrobatics. Some people like it, others found it unnecessary and dangerous, but he didn’t cared. The courier appreciated what he can have for his brief moment, and it helped to identify his surroundings. If anything, he might have to say goodbye to the village in an hour or two, since it seems that the guild he is in isn’t installed yet, or they are just not in his sight. The courier soon jump down of a low ceiling, strolling down the streets, wondering what would keep his attention enough to not quit this village.

Night time arrived upon the scene, and it was assured that he couldn’t find much more to entertain himself. Besides, if he doesn’t report that the delivery was done, he could face up to serious consequences. He decided, after all, to go back into the inn room, pack things up and set his way to the closest town that had a guild outpost, which happened to be 1 day away of walk from him. Although, it was at his speed. Most people don’t travel during the night, due to the belief that it is easier to get robbed at that time. However, he liked adventuring dangerously.

Tenen soon felt like if his back wound opens as he fell to the ground, flinching and groaning in pain. He didn’t know what just happened; he was sure that his wounds weren’t important. He soon saw his vision blurred as his blood was a pool around, frozen. He felt touched, and soon, he felt pressure applied on his back, but it was a feeling that he forgot to feel, as he was engulfed in darkness; unconsciousness. It seemed hopeless for him.

One of the villagers that was strolling back to his house saw a man suddenly falling down to the ground. He screamed for help around the village while he applied pressure on the man’s back, waiting for people to help him. Not only that it was urgent, the villager hoped that there was someone suited for such things. One of them soon barged in the tavern, screaming out loud: “If anyone here can help with healing a man, follow me!” and he rapidly went to the bleeding man, hoping someone followed him.

Something had gone wrong, well on the grand scheme of things it was so far inconsequential but the slip that Silent had let off could be lethal in different circumstances, fortunately today it seemed to be just a reminder that he could always do better.

After all he had apparently stood out and catch the eye of a wom- girl, she did not seem too old, that magnificent hair was the thing that Silent remembered most of her, it was radiant, it ate the sun´s own light and made it its own, he could not recall the color of her eyes or if she was smiling, frowning or what.

But that hair

Yet she banished as soon as she came

Good, dont want to deal with the locals unless i've got no other choice

After a while of some evaluation, careful watching, tests to his perception and having spent most of the day, things got a little clearer

Much as he had suspected the device of operation behind these candles was indeed fueled by magic, it remained to be seen if the operator of these contraptions required to be a magic user, an even better question would be if he himself would be able to use or carry this items, many times the curse he bore had its effect on devices powered by magic.

It worked in his favor as often as it didnt, if by his mere touch they would no longer work then the profit he would have made was as good as gone, there could be no middle man but him

Always cut the middle man, I'm the only exception

It all led to a house where this magician lived, yet there was a message [Aisha's not available, check the bar, or come back later] well now there was something to look forward to, what was he supposed to do barge into the bar, kick the door open order the heaviest thing they had and beat someone up?

He could not go to the bar, he would either end up in dice games, drinking to much, pulling aces and all of those led to violent and notorious outcomes... but then again he could just go to catch a glimpse of anyone resembling a wizard.

Look for staves, pointy hats or talking animals, those wizards love their goddamned talking animals

Yet just as he was about to take a peek someone came thundering in shouting about a wounded man, he followed the trail to the scene and it was nothing grim, the green haired lad did look familiar, that wasnt a common haircolor... did he knew this man?

"Looks like I need to do something. I'll catch up more later!" Aisha almost leaped from her chair, bolted out the door, to find the man in question laying on the ground, already bleeding heavily.

"Can a mage ever get a break?!" She quickly flipped the man over, and checked his back, where the blood was coming from. It was a pretty bad gash, but most definitely recoverable.
"Come on, pick him up! Bring him to my house!" Aisha barked at the man that originally called out to her, and the two of them hoisted up the injured traveler, and quickly carried him to her house.

"People always seem to show up at my house half-dead, or asking for my candle recipe." Aisha mumbled to herself, as she grabbed a needle and thread, and a roll of bandage.

She snapped her fingers to conjure a small flame on her thumb, using that to heat up and sterilize the needle, to make the stitching more effective and easier. She worked quickly, stitching the wound (mostly) shut, and finally wrapped a tight bandage over the wound. She tied off the bandage, and grabbed a bottle of hard liquor, and put a note on it that says 'Drink Me', then placed it on the table next to the patient.

Aisha sat down at her desk, looked at the little purple ring sitting on its edge, and thought to herself. She thought about the patient, about her old friends, her shop, and she also thought about Ark. Her lips slowly curled into a smile, and she picked up the ring, looking over it quickly.

"You're not enchanted or magical, are you?" She said to the ring, before slipping it onto her left ring finger.

Unexpectedly, Tenen woke up from his little coma. He groaned softly, holding his head in his hand. He could still feel the effect of adrenaline in his whole body, which not only caused a huge headache, but an impairment in his senses. For starters, his vision was blurry, and without being ridicule, he couldn’t see much than farther than his nose. After, it felt like if there was weight on his limbs, making it difficult to lift any limbs because his head was tricked. He tried to recollect himself before all of this turn him insane – not that he felt like going insane.

He tried to push himself off from the bed, thinking he might be importunate the one that is helping him, but he noticed that he had nor the will or the force to do so, and so he effortlessly flopped on the bed. He cursed his disadvantage, wondering what is going on. Even if it was blurred, he was pretty sure that he knows where he was. Then he hit him; where was he? He couldn’t move, nor that could he feel the need to run away. Enduring this pain, he was calm, but in distress. He wanted to know who was there, thinking that he wasn’t alone. His body steered a bit, like if he was trying to hide something. He didn’t know why, but when he is in presence of a stranger, and especially in those condition, he felt the need to hide the back of his right shoulder. He never was able to determine what was on it, or why he felt to do so.

Waiting for an answer, he wondered what happened. His back pain, even if healed and under the effect of adrenaline, was still there. He closed his eyes for a moment, trying to recollect his memories. The scent he smelled gave him a hint; blood. His back wound much have opened again. He was pretty sure that it was closed when he got out of his room. Then, he just remembered, when he looked in the mirror, there was his tattoo. He had it since he was a kid, or so he was told. His parents always told him that it is better for his health that he doesn’t know about it or try to undo it. They had warned him that if he tries to do so, he might never be the same again. The way they said it always left a chill behind, like if it was the end of him. For now, no matter who it was, he needed to relax and try to regain his senses.

Tenen sighed as he stride out of the village with the satchel now on his side. He looked down to the medication that the stranger told him to take regularly. Why would he? Everything was fine. He only tossed the vial into his satchel, now running through the forest with even more determined steps. It feel even better to know he had his freedom and wasn't just roaming around in a village without a clue of what doing with his life. He wasn't sure where he was going, but he knew that it would be a place with his guild is waiting for his return. He didn't feel the pain on his back, and so it is all he needed to know that he's good. For now.

Although, after a while, he stopped as he felt a sharp pain entering his mind. It felt so weird and wrong, but he knelt down due to the pressure of the pain, holding his head as he groaned in pain. He didn't remember about the stranger telling him he would feel side effects. He couldn't just trust anybody these days. Due the amount of pain, he blindly took the vial and threw it away. It shattered against a tree, the content lost in the grass. The pain soon calm down, but his mood wasn't. He pulled out his dagger, stabbing it into the ground and shrieked in front of him.

Right after that, he came back to his senses. He shook his head, taking out the dagger. “What is wrong with me?” He asked to himself, but he didn't know the answer at all. All was left is a bit of hatred. Tenen just held on his head for a moment, closing his eyes to regain a state of calmness. He walked around the forest a bit, feeling that it is better to not rush through places like he usually does. Even so, he doesn't feel alone.

Tenen hadn't all his mind for the moment; he felt watched, spied on... He had the horrible feeling that someone was hiding from him and is checking all of his movements. He didn't know why, but he just had that unpleasant feeling. He looked around like someone who had lost his mind, breathing heavily, calming himself down. He looked around once more, hearing footsteps in his direction. He quickly climbed up a tree, looking out for the one who is walking the same forest as him.

Tion walked forward breathing in the air of the forest wondering what leaving the village would do to him. Would it make him a whole new person? Tion sighed and kept walking and walking not knowing whats to come and somehow he didn't want to know. The best fun in a adventure if not knowing what to expect. As he thought that he walked under the tree Tenen was at and decided it was a nice spot to take a break. So he sat down and searched though his pack.

At first, he thought it would be just another of those strangers without anything interesting to offer, but he had the weird suspicions that this very stranger was following him. He slowly took out his dagger out of its sheet, and jumped down behind the man, his dagger near the other one's neck. He growled a bit under his breath like an animal, but said in a warm tone:

"Why are you following me? What is your deal here?"

Tion's eyes widen in panic a little bit, but he calmed himself. "I don't know what your talking about sir, I was leaving the village and wandering the forest...You see I'm trying to accomplish something and I would not follow you if I didn't felt you could help me or is of use to me which I can say, I'm sure I wasn't following you" -slows his breathing making it steady-

He snarled a bit; what a fool of himself he just made. He sheathed his dagger back, walking pass him to be face to face to him, but he kept his distance. "I'm sorry. Recently, my mind is just playing tricks on me." He leaned against a tree, looking at him with his odd orange eyes, lifting a lock of his greenish hair away from his face. " I don't think we've ever met. My name is Tenen." He pulled out a hand towards the man, smiling a bit to ease up the situation.

Tion sighed in relief."Thank god, you had me worried there for a minute.” he chuckles, "I'm Tion it's an honour" He shakes Tenen's hand, smiling trying to get past the misunderstanding and move on with their lives- "I was starting to wonder if I would see anyone in these woods"

He smirked a bit, shaking his hands as well. "Yeah, it is quite surprising sometimes. I often get ambushed, but it is part of my job. I'm guessing." He chuckled warmly, a bit.

Tion's eyes narrow. "What kind of job do you do anyway, if you don't mind me asking?

He tilted his head a bit. What a common question for him. "I'm a courier, someone who delivers messages across the known land. Sometimes, it is just love letters, but I often get more personal and secretive letters to be delivered. Those always attracts people, you know? "He smirking a bit. "How about you? What do you do with you life?"

Tion thinks for a moment and answers "I used to be a blacksmith in training until I decided to leave and do some heroic deeds and maybe find some adventures I just left my home today" he laughed a little. "Is that childish to want such a thing?"

He found it quite interesting, but he only crossed his arms. "Childish? Nan, I don't think so. It is very normal for someone like us to want something like this." He looked around a bit. "Say, do you mind if we start to walk a bit? I need to reach a certain place to report to my guild."

Tion smiles at his answer, "I'm glad you think so and I would love to walk with you it's a wonderful thing to be with someone and not wander alone if you ask me". Tion nods at him to lead the way and waits for him to start walking.

Tenen nodded. "Thanks. It is nice to have someone along as well." He chuckled softly, looking up at the sky for a moment to try to positionate himself compared to the place he had in mind.

Tion's eyes him as Tenen looks at the sky."What guild are you speaking of anyways?".

When he found his way, he looked down at him, nodding to the side to indicate him that he'll start walking towards the place. " It is the Trinity courier guild. I'm not sure why the name, but my parents partly owns the guild, so, it was better for me to be in the profession." He chuckled a bit, but he still had the suspicions that there was something else.
