The Kingdom of Laric

The princess nods to the boy, and sighs. "Darri?" She thinks to herself, looking as if in deep thought. "But the townspeople know me." She wants to ask questions, but is not sure they are alone. So, she keeps to herself as the boy rows, and sighs.

Still dressed in her tomboyish out of pants and a tighter shirt, she thinks. "We look nothing alike, Fredrick. I think it's be best if we were a... Couple. "

[Fredrik, more Dutch variant of spelling but it don't matter, really X)]
"-Oh, buy me dinner first," the boy who calls himself Fredrik teases. "Sure, I suppose it would be better that way. In that case, we've known each other for three years now and have been dating for two. You~..." Fredrik looks down at himself and the boat. "...Aren't in it for the money, obviously."

She smiles. "Yes, love, we've been dating for two years." She kissed his cheek, as she saw an older woman strolling along a wooded path. "Money is none of my concern, alright? I love you." She kept up the girlfriend act as they went downstream, seeing random people. "I didn't know people stalked around like this. "

Fredrik blushes at the kiss, "Eh..u-uhm-", but finds himself interrupted with the talk of his supposed financial situation and the 'I love you'. Oh dear lord-this is too much. She's going to-, the dots connect inside of the boy's head as he rows along, ...think I'm just the best actor ever, that's right! Great timing!
"The region has a few nearby towns. Trade has its way of popping up around important cities so their's bound to be people for a bit." Fredrik looks around. "This river flows to a secluded place where we can regroup, though. We should be fine..."
Until then though, the boy proceeds to be just about the best actor ever as 'Darri' plays the girlfriend act and acting just like the low-income, nervous boy he is supposed to be. When they finally pass under trees for a few minutes, the boy finds a soft spot to disembark. It is muddy, and filled with bushes and other plant life, but it is better than a bunch of rocks in the way so he draws the oars back into the boat and jumps out to pull the boat up on the shore for the princess to get off safely.
"We should be fine for now. There's certainly going to be somebody hunting us but, for now, I think we can catch our breath..." The boy pauses for a moment..."My Lady"...and then turns around.
"My name is Gabriel."

"Alright, Gabriel. I'm your girlfriend, darri. " she smiles and takes his hand as they exit the boat. Her legs are a little wobbly from the boat ride and she's a little dizzy, but shakes it off as they leave the boat. "So, where are we headed, dear?"

The boy chuckles and speaks through a smirk left behind from the disturbance in his breath.
"We're alone. You can drop the act, you know."

"Just answer the question." She sighed, crossing her arms on her flat stomach. "Well? "

Gabriel pauses even more than he did the first time. "....Uuuuh~.."
In truth, he had not thought this far forward. He had figured, 'YEAH-I'LL KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO WHEN I GET THERE-NO PROBLEM'. But now he is here...and it is kind of a problem. "Well~, y'see...I don't exactly know." The boy has a stupid smile on his lips; one that says 'please don't kill me.'

"You're amazing.." She sighed and ran a hand through her hair. "What do you suggest then, Prince Charming?" She walked and started Towards some bushes.

"Well, I figured this would be as good of a time as ever to catch up. You've been awfully obedient for someone who was just basically kidnapped...Not that I'm complaining."
To be honest, he had figured the princess would put up much more of a fight to leave than she did. Like...a lot more. But here she is now, following some random boy's orders to the tee, despite his look and lack of any sort of explanation.

"Have you never heard of Princesses that simply don't want to be or are craving for an adventure outside of the castle walls? "She smirked. "I've been dying to leave that castle. I love being royal, I just want to see what the world is like."
