Physical Description / Appearance: Deke stands about 6'2'', 175 lbs. His pale skin and thin features make most think he should be an elf. His hair is dyed black with streaks of grey, blue and purple through it and his clothes are as the picture shows them.

Personality: Deke is sincere, quiet, pensive and modest. He won't approach many people, as he is reserved in attitude to people, which also leads to his slight paranoia with people in general. He cares for most things, but doesn't care about how people perceive him. Deke is very secretive, not letting many people reach his secrets nor will he let them know much about him, and comes off a little depressed. However, those who know him know he is honest, and always there to lend a hand.

Clique: Goth/Emos - he doesn't really care.


Thoughts on Supervisor: Huh? Oh, him. Or her. Or it. Deke doesn't really pay attention to this so called Supervisor. He hates seeing the problems and drama that ensue after that 'thing' uses people, but likes how they commingle the groups together.

History: On the outside, Deke probably grew up in the most shallow past you could have. He lived in the downtown area, his parents both worked, he got decent grades. He got along with all the teachers and most of his peers, was on a couple sports teams back in elementary school and loved birds. During elementary school, he had to go to his Uncle and Aunt's house until his parents got back, since they were his baby sitters. All in all, it was pretty shallow and boring. Nothing to write home about. But, everybody has their secrets.
Deke was actually the victim of sexual harassment and sometimes even rape. And it was all because his parents thought his Uncle and Aunt were sweet and decided that they would look after him. Deke was constantly harassed, sexually tortured and raped. Thing was, he didn't know this was wrong, because he was just a kid, and thought his Aunt and Uncle were doing what every parent did to either punish or just mentor their children. SO this went on until he was in Gr. 6, when he learned it was actually not okay. But by then, he was staying home by himself, and his Uncle and Aunt had left the country. Deke then grew up, mentally scarred, and got into the Gothic/emo thing.

Hobbies / Likes / Dislikes: His Likes/Hobbies include the following: Poetry, Writing, the Arts (All three), Birds of any kind, his Quincy Jones Headphones (Black ones), History and his clothes. His Dislikes are Technology, Gym class, Jocks, Math, Grocery Stores (For another time ;D) and the Supervisor

Secret: His Secret is 2 fold actually. The first was his sexual assault as a kid. But the other is that he is secretly straight. You see, back in Grade 9, he was sexually confused. He didn't know if he liked guys or girls, and thought he was bi for most of the year. But, he was invited to a party once, where all the jocks and people were. He was feeling awkward, but they got him drunk and he played a daring game. He ended up kissing about 4 guys, and most of the entire school thinks he is gay, or at least bi. He became a goth that year, since they didn't care about his sexuality or anything.
