Race Description: Barghest are Orc/Goblin like creatures that normally exist in a different plane of existence, this plane is called the Outsider Plane and is home to hundreds of foul and horrifying creatures. Barghest typically stand between 5'6-5'9 ft tall, they have the ability to change into ape/orc like were creatures which forms are typically larger then their standard appearance. The ability that is perhaps most feared that a Barghest possesses is to consume the life force of another creature when they have destroyed their physical body. If they kill something that is weaker then them or smaller then their hunger is only satisfied for a time also they are given a short boost in energy. However if they consume a larger prey or much more powerful creature they gain a tremendous boost in strength a boost in size at about an inch. They are also sent into a powerful frenzy prompting them to destroy everything in their path, once this settled and the life forced they consumed has had time to spread evenly throughout their body they grow in size and in power. Barghest ranks and strength are measured in height and power, the taller and stronger the Barghest. The more rank and control they have among other Barghest. Although large and ferocious, Barghest are expert ambushers, retaining advanced hunting instinct in both forms. Its not uncommon to wake up at the dead of night to a Barghest standing over you to find out the creature had been tracking you for weeks waiting for the perfect moment. Although they are considered a simple minded and primitive tribe like species, they are spiritually powerful creatures due to their ability to consume life force, this gives them a unique cunning and instinct that is perfect for hunting and combat.

Personality: Grishnakh is a fitting example of what his people praise, he is cunning, brave, and blood thirsty. He is joyous in combat and hunting that well surpasses the joy of a serial killer. He is most of all a deceiver, sometimes waiting for when his enemy is weakest to strike if he unsure of winning. However if he believes himself capable, he will fight in "honorable" combat. As far as honorable combat goes to him though, he only considers it one on one combat. Mercy is completely unknown to him, ideas such as love and compassion are laughable. If he does something, it is only for his benefit.
History: Grishnakh grew up like many other Barghest, at first ambushing weakened prey to gain their strength. He grew quickly though, always possessing a much stronger aptitude for deception and cunning then other members of his race. He was tricked by a powerful shaman though, and was sent to the human realm. He quickly gained a reputation for consuming vampires, hunting entire covens to extinction. They have always been his favorite prey, if he helps the enslaved weres, it will be for his benefit only.
