Elizabeth is an intelligent young woman who is very lively and delights in almost everything. She often shows a playful good natured impertinence which sometimes offends without her meaning to. She can see people for what they are, not what they pretend to be, and has a mental quickness when it comes to judging and figuring out intentions of other people, she takes pride in being very good judge of human character. But her perceptive abilities often do not work because she is too overcome with her feelings and judges people rather rashly. When she makes up her mind she is reluctant to change it and when she realizes she is wrong about someone she feels like she had been blinded.
She can be rather charming when she wants to. Elizabeth can be considered pretty though she does not care for her looks. She can have a sharp tongue and usually does not back down from an argument. When she has made up her mind about someone she talks to acquaintances for proof of her opinion and is reluctant to change her views on people, leading some people to believe she is uncooperative, she is rather stubborn too. She can be persuaded rather easily as long as whoever is trying to persuade her has a good story or evidence. Eliza is willing to believe anything as long as it supports her view on someone’s intentions or personality; no matter how wild the story sounds she will probably believe it.
Eliza’s personality is what makes people like her. She is very intelligent and witty and loves to read, she sometimes does not know how to talk to some people and is not shy of avoiding people she doesn’t like. She has a mixture of sweetness and archness in her manner which makes it hard for her to intentionally offend people even if she really wants to. She judges people before she gets to know them by their actions but does not judge them by their wealth and titles. When she hates someone or dislikes them she does it wholeheartedly and her pride is easily offended. Elizabeth does not know how to defend herself fr
Elizabeth does not know how to use many tools or pieces of equipment only a knife, her father insists that she carries around a knife for fear she might be attacked.
Elizabeth has grown up in a rather wealthy household with two younger sisters and an older sister, her father was always very fond of her but she was the child her mother less liked and her mother was always disagreeing with her.
