Personality: Nanoka is curious but distant with a great desire to learn more about the world and things around her, but not that interested in getting to know the people around her. She isn't exactly the type to make friends and the only person she would consider herself close to is her younger sister whom she adores and spoils at every opportunity. Nanoka is also a focused and hard worker who is also a bit of a perfectionist, often taking her time in everything she does in order to do it properly. She does have a more childish side however, insisting on wearing a lab coat for no real reason, owning a fake pair of glasses because they make her look "smarter", and in her free time playing many games on her computer.
Appearance: Nanoka has a small build, she's not athletic in the slightest and often doesn't quite eat enough. Her usual expression is one of disinterest or boredom unless she's at a computer or with her sister. She typically wears a lab coat over her clothing, if asked why she simply gives a shrug in response.
History: For the first 6 years of her life, Nanoka never had a happy day. Her father was a miserable, angry drunk and often directed his frustrations towards his family. It was when she was 6 that her little sister was born and Nanoka's life began to change. She decided her mother was too weak to do anything about it and Nanoka refused to let her new little sister endure what she had for 6 years. About a year later Nanoka finally collected little bits of evidence, small audio recordings, pictures, and presented them to one of her teachers, and it wasn't long afterwards that her father was taken away.
Her mother was actually upset over this, something Nanoka simply could not fathom, but she didn't care either way. Her and her sister were safe now, and so was their mother even if she didn't really appreciate it yet. Though their life from that point on was rough, it was happy. Nanoka spent her time caring for her little sister and eventually getting into computers, often shutting herself away for hours and hours at a time with the machines. She took to it quickly, if it were a news article they might call her a "prodigy". Nanoka had no need for friends, she had her sister and her computer after all.
As Nanoka grew older her love for computers flourished and she began to become interested in some of the seedier parts of the internet and started to self-teach herself cyber-security skills. She even began to make a name for herself in this regard, it was something she really enjoyed and something that she excelled at. A video, a strange video from a group calling themselves "Truth.", Nanoka was curious so she pursued the uploaders. It wasn't hard to find them, and when she did they offered her a job. They offered to pay her for her services, pay her to gather information, track people, and help them in their goals to find these "Gods" and capture them. Nanoka jumped at the opportunity to get paid for doing something she enjoyed anyways, she could use the money to spoil her little sister and improve their lives.
Intentions: Nanoka cares little for the organization's goals and deep down somewhere she dislikes the treatment given to the ones they capture, she works for "Truth." because they can pay her for what she's good at, without asking many questions. She however has no love for the supposed Gods and mostly looks out for herself. As far as she sees it, the Gods never did anything for her, the only time good things happened to her is when -she- made them happen.
