On the eve of the celebration of the Bolshevist defeat in Moscow on October 7th, a Bolshevist terror organisation took control of Prokhorovka in Belgorod Oblast after a bomb set up by a member blew up in the middle of the square, where people were amassing to prepare for the celebration of Russia's liberation. Fifteen were killed and twenty were injured in the blast. After the bombing, civilians driving by outside Prokhorovka testified that they saw a mysterious convoy of trucks with masked men inside. It is believed that these trucks carried a total estimate of three hundred armed militiamen. They took the city and destroyed the entire police force with assault weapons of non-Imperial origin.

'We want the empire to suffer,' the unnamed masked leader of the Red Guard said. 'The imperialist dogs of your government will fall, and all who follow them will be swiftly executed. We shall return the old Bolshevik union back to its glory!' proclaimed the leader. In the broadcast, the leader is shown to be in a closed room with a communist flag on the wall, with a masked terrorist wearing body armour and carrying an assault weapon standing behind him. Expert H.M. Wielka said in an online statement: 'The assault weapon carried by the terrorist behind the leader is of Bolshevist origins, dating back to the former union of Bolshevik nations. It can therefore easily be guessed that these terrorists are being supplied by a foreign force.'

Dear friends, the Parliament, the Supreme Councils of the Albus Regna. Fellow brothers and sisters. Two days ago, a terror organisation calling itself the Red Guard, infiltrators from communist nations abroad, attacked innocent civilians in Prokhorovka, Belgorod Oblast. Fifteen died in the initial bombing, and twenty were injured. Of the twenty injured, three are at a critical condition. Afterward, they proceeded to execute openly Catholic citizens in Prokhorovka. All attempts to send police ended in failure, which leaves only one last option to free the settlement. Such an unprecedented attack cannot and will not be tolerated by the empire. These terror tactics will only rally the people to our side. They will arouse our fighting spirit, though they try to break it. I tell them this today: they will not break our spirits! We will endure, and we will fight! A century ago, my grandfather declared war on these communists. I will do the same. Starting tomorrow, on October 10th, the Broken Glass Protocol will be initiated against anybody affiliated with the communist ideology. No mercy will be shown to these worms! Starting tomorrow, the army will be deployed to engage these terrorists wherever they may be, and the Imperial Army will take care of anyone who tries to stop our attack. The Imperial Army will therefore not hesitate to attack the communist nations responsible for the supplying of arms and vehicles to these terrorists. I tell the Imperial Army: destroy them all, and show no mercy! I tell the citizens of the Albus Regna: do not fear these cockroaches!
