Name: Tsukino Kasumi (Tsukino=clan name)
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Village: Formerly of Kumogakure.
Shinobi Rank: Jonin
Personality: Tsukino is generally a very happy, outgoing person. However, being alone for most of the time except for the Eight Tails has caused her social skills and understanding of humans in general to suffer, leaving her interactions with others rather clueless very much of the time. If she is attacked or harmed, or it seems as though she is about to be, she will immediately go on the offensive, sometimes transforming into her tailed beast form on instinct alone. She holds a great deal of respect and liking those who manage to beat her in a one-on-one battle, unless she didn't like them in the first place. She is, however, used to stealing things to live, and as such, it has become a habit of hers. She also will act like an animal at random times as well.
Appearance: She has long black hair that's put into a ponytail, bright gold eyes, and fair skin. She constantly has a smile on her face, except for when she is exceedingly angry or otherwise. She dresses in black, and has one outfit that she washes in rivers that she finds along her travels. She hasn't worn any type of casual clothing since she first ran away from her village.
Weapon: A large spear with a trailing ribbon attached to it,
Chakra Type: Wind, Lightning.
Kekkei Genkai: Niton, "Sun Release"
The Tsukino clan has long been the holders of a Kekkei Genkai of extreme offensive capabilities, and able to create huge amounts of raw power. Their style has been said to be like fighting an angry sun god. (Think using plasma to attack.)
Summoning Jutsu: None, besides summoning weapons such as shuriken or kunai.
History: She was chosen to be the carrier of the Eight Tails since before she was born, due to the large raw amounts of Chakra inherent in the Tsukino clan, as well as its Kekkei Genkai and her status as the Raikage's niece. She lived a good life, for a Jinchuriku. People generally at least put up with her presence, and she was rather successful at being a ninja. However, she wished for freedom as opposed to being a creature that the village couldn't let out of its sight. So, after the death of her uncle, due to unknown circumstances known only to certain officials in the land of Kumogakure, she left. Feeling that she had no more obligation to the village, she left before another Raikage was selected. That was when she was ten. She has since been, oddly enough, not classified as a missing ninja, as she did come back to the village several times after that and showed no open hostility towards them. The current Raikage, showing sympathy for his predecessor's sister and Kasumi's mother wishes, lessened her punishment. Instead of being considered a traitor and being hunted, she was to act as a sort of ninja who would carry out tasks close to her current location, sometimes as a spy, sometimes just as a normal ninja, among other things. She has been doing this kind of work for about seven years now, up to the current day.
