Introduction
In a world of unfairness a child was born. What a beauty she was....though that was her first mistake in life. She was too beautiful. Everyone in her town wanted her. For some unknown reason every male was drawn to her. She hated it with a passion. The only people she had were her parents. Her mother who she loved deeply and her father who she believed wanted her too. She felt unsafe everywhere she was. One day her beautiful mother died of a disease that she told no one about. That was the second worse possible thing to happen. She only had her father and once her mother died he became cruel. He kept her from any man she cared about. One day he got tired of people surrounding her and then sold her off to a random man who had given him a lot of money for her. That was the third worse thing to happen to her. After that she was passed around man to man. She went threw hell with each of them. One day she couldn't take it any more she ran. She ran as fast as she could till her feet bled. She knew that no man she would ever fall for would love her. She was nothing but trash. She cursed her beauty. Hating her very face. She had no where to go. All she knew was that she had to be hidden. Weeks past and she was weak. She couldn't move much and she closed her eyes to give up, to give in to the dead that had been calling her. Suddenly a man came. He just looked at her and kept looking at her. He didn't move. "Do you need a place to stay?" Thats all she remembered before she passed out. The man took her to a mansion. A beautiful mansion that seemed so empty. She was half awake and all she heard was his voice. "You will meet your master soon." Then she blacked out.

Moira forced him to look at her, holding his face to her. She began to feel hot. Everything in her body told her to go for it. To just forget what he's saying and go for it but she couldn't. "Each and every person has a choice. I am choosing to trust you. I know you wont hurt me Tamma." She said saying his name with such gentleness. She let her hand slide down to his neck, feeling his cold skin. Her heart beat so fast she feared he would hear it. Taking a deep swallow she continued. "You wont hurt me. I know you wont. Give in to what you want or you may never be happy." Moira leaned closer, practically over him. She could feel his breath as he breathed. "Don't be afraid." She whispered in his ear. Her pure red eyes seemed to analyze him. They were strong and confident yet a bit nervousness.

Tammaki's breath caught again, and her sweet scent wreathed around him. he opened his mouth to protest, to say something, but nothing came out. He swallowed and tried again, his breath heavy and his heart pounding madly. "I just...can't help it." he said, then he leaned forward and kissed her. He put both hands around her her warmth making his own skin go from sheet while to a pale tan-pink color. He closed his eyes and enjoyed the moment.

Me kissing a demon who would have thought that would happen? His body close to hers almost made her lose her self control but she didn't. At that moment she wished it would last forever. After a long moment Tammaki pulled back. "I fear the worst." He whispered to her, caressed her cheek gently, then stood, disentangling himself from her. His head was pounding painfully, and thoughts of his father kept rising to the surface, like a kick-board pushed under the water merely to pop back up again. He made a quiet sound of pain and annoyance before mumbling, "Excuse me for a moment." he walked swiftly to the bathroom and locked the door. he made another quiet sound and pressed his heated face against the slightly cooler glass. He cursed. Something bad was going to happen. he could feel it.

Moira looked at him confused and annoyed as he pulled away. Watching him she felt something was wrong. He excused himself and left to the nearest bathroom. She sighed and put her head down on the table. Closing her eyes Tammaki's father came once again. She tried forcing herself up but her body felt heavy. Darkness filled her up again. No!

IN the bathroom, Tammaki slapped the flat of his hand against the glass and made a sharp, angry noise. these sounds seemed to be all he was capable of. He had just opened Moira for more danger than she knew. His father for one thing, the damn mortal. How was he even able to her in her head? Humans usually aren't able to do that. Well, he had also caught the attention of his mother, so Tammaki had to factor that. Maybe his mother had given him eternity in exchange for the twins. He hadn't died a natural death anyway, so the idea was plausible. And not only that, the closer he got to her, the more danger she was in from him. Tammaki couldn't live with himself if he hurt her.

Moira got up and went to the door of the bathroom. She knocked on the door. "Tamma come out. Don't try to hide from me. For once don't worry ok?" She sighed. Wanting a relationship with him was something that came up a lot in her head but she felt it wasnt going to happen if he wasn't willing. Putting her head to the door she closed her eyes. "Don't push me away. Don't give in to your fathers word of never being happy because your a demon." That's when she knew she had said something wrong.Damn it. I shouldn't have said that. He won't just ask about how I knew about that. turning around she laid against the door. "Happiness is right in front of you and you won't even try to go for it." She was used to people wanting her and it hurt her how people treated her but looking at Tamma she wanted to be with him and was wiling to forget about everything else.

Tammaki sat down on the floor, listening to Moira. His eyes widened when she mentioned his father. "What do you mean?" he asked. "By that? I never told you about my father not wanting me to be happy because of my species." He leaned back against the wall and put his head in his hand. "And I just don't know, okay? Happiness only last for a little while. then the pain deepens. I don't want to hurt you. And i know my father will want to hurt you if he knows i love you.And it seems he knows that already."

Moira eyes went wide when he said he loved her. Those words haunted her but coming from him she felt safe no matter how much he feared hurting her. Turning she put her hand on the door. "You wont hurt me. This is my choice Tamma. My choice to want to be with you. Your worried about your father but you know if he wanted me dead he would do it whether you love me or not." A sad, animalistic sound ripped itself from Tammaki's chest. "You don't want to see my heart. I don't think I even have one anymore." He said, his voice low. He felt like a teenager again, with the emotions in him. Moira had unlocked an old, old place in him, and forced herself inside. He couldn't close the dor for fear that he would hurt her by leaving her alone in there, but it was too scary for him to go in there. There was ages of locked up emotions in there, things that Tammaki never wanted to look at again. The low sad sound escaped again, and this time Tammaki recognized it as a sob. Dear god, he was starting to cry. He couldn't cry, not here, not ever.

She wanted to hold him and tell him everything was going to be ok that she was here. "Stop pushing me away. Let me in please. Why lock yourself in there alone when you have me out here?" Tears made their slow way down Tammaki's face, and he made no move to wipe them away. "You can't hurt anyone when you are alone." he said softly. then he reached up with a long arm and unlocked the door, but did not open it. Then he just let his arm fall. Why did love have to be so hard? he knew he loved this girl, he knew that he would tear himself apart if he hurt her, and he knew that his father wasn't helping anything. Another sob tore through him, and he put both hands to his face.

His eyebrows drew up and he looked worriedly at the ceiling. "But I should not think of such things." He looked back over at her and smiled a little, his red rimmed eyes tired.

When they turned the corridor to the hall where Riku's room was, Tammai knew something was wrong. The door was ajar! "Riku!" He said, his eyes going wide. "Where did he go?" Tammaki pulled away from Moira and ran to the door, stumbling over his own feet a little. When he made it to the door, he saw that Riku was not there. what was there, however, was a large pile of loose feathers. "What the-?" Tammaki said, then looked back at moira. "He is gone."
