Phoebe lays there a mess, sobbing her eyes out quietly. She feels someone get on the bed. "I just want to be alone..right now" phoebe says but she doesn't feel the body get off the bed "p-" she starts but Tongan stops at the sight of cole. "Cole!" She jumped in his arms, "oh I've missed you so much.." She hugs him tight. "Did they let you out?" She asks cole looks at her and shakes his head "no..after I heard your crys I escaped to see you, to be with you." He says to phoebe. She looks at him "cole...they are going to come look for you and they will come here first. You do know that right." Right as phoebe said that she heard the doors fling open and piper screamed "what the hell?!" Piper yelled. Cole and phoebe were silent they heard the police talking to piper. "Wheres cole? We know he's here." They heard "cole? I thought he was in jail?" Piper said "he escaped after we brought phoebe here...where is phoebe?" Piper looked at the cop and said "up stairs last door in the hallway." They heard the cops coming up the stairs. Phoebe looked at cole, she kissed him. " you have to go...hide somewhere. I can't stand to see them take you away." Phoebe said to him and kissed him again. Cole looked in her eyes and nodded. He kissed her and opened the window. He jumped down in the bushes. Phoebe goes back into her position and starts to sob so it's more convincing. She beards the door fling open, she turns her head to see the police. Phoebe looked at them with eyes full of tears. The police men look and her and see he's not here. "Uh did you happen to see cole?" They asked and phoebe started to cry more the thought of him just made her more said. She shook her head, piper came in and got on the bed with her comforting her until the police leave. "Dory to disturb you.." They leave and piper looks at phoebe. "Alright where is he?" She says raising an eyebrow. Phoebe took a breath and said "he went out the window before they came in." She says.

Cole hears the police exit the house. He stays every still. The cars start up and pull away from the house. Once they were gone he went back in the house and up to phoebes room seeing piper there by phoebe. "Phoebe.." He said. He saw piper look at him no shock on her her face, she must have knew he was here. "Oh hi cole, escape any prisons lately?" Cole just looked at her and went to he other side of the bed. Phoebe looked at him "your not safe, I don't want them to find you." She says. Cole smiled "they won't why don't we go home?" Cole asked. Phoebe nodded and have cole a hug. Phoebe looked at piper "you guys come over when ever okay." She says, piper nodded. Cole picked phoebe up, she rested her head on his chest. He stood up and went to the door to find paige standing there, looking in "what? I thought you were in jail." Paige says as she yawns. All the noise woke her up. Piper looked at Paige and said "oh go back to bed. I'll explain in the morning" Which Paige did. Cole exited the house and carried phoebe home. By the time they got him phoebe was asleep in his arms. One things he didn't know is the police set modifiers up in their house and cameras in their house knowing he would return. Sure enough when he entered with phoebe, the cameras were trend on by motion and the police were watching from the station. He went up stairs and laid phoebe in bed, he lauded down next to her and fell asleep. When he woke up phoebe wasn't there. But there was a note he picked it up, it was phoebes hand writing. It reads "I know this is sudden, but with what you can do to me, hurt me i just I can't take it anymore. I know I know I said I loved you eyes terai but that was just the thought of not having you by my side.. I'm sorry but I'm leaving you" he was mad now. He crumpled up the paper and went to her closet everything was gone he knocked it over. "Phoebe!!!!!" He screamed.

Phoebe woke up around 4:45. She looked at cole and whispered. "I'm sorry.." She got a suit case and packed hers stuff quietly. Once she was done she took her stuff down stairs. She got a pen and paper out of the drawer. She wrote cole a note and placed it on the bed. She kissed his forehead and took her stuff, she headed down stairs. She looked in the phone book and dialed the number for an open apartment she circled it and graves the phone. Phoebe dialed the number and she got the apartment. She made her way out side to get a cab, one thing she forgot to do was close the phone book. When the can pulled up she told him where to go. She placed her stuff in the trunk and got in the car. About 20 minutes later she arrived at the apartment. "Thank you. " she handed him the money and exited the car and got her stuff. The car drive away and she walked up to he front desk to check in. The man handed her the keys and said "stay for as log as you like Miss. Phoebe" he smiled at her and she smiled at him "thank you." Phoebe says. She proceeds to the stairs and walked to apartment d7 last door on the 4th floor. She put the key in the lock and opened the door. Sure it was small but livable. With that she unpacked and made things how she'd like.

Cole stormed down stairs searching every room. He entered the kitchen and saw the phone book flipped open to a page. He ran over and looked through it, he saw something circled. "An apartment huh?" He looked at the address and got dressed. He threw the phone book at the wall and proceeded or the door. Grabbing his keys he got in the car, and sped away from the house, almost causing an accident. He ran lights and stop signs, at this point he didn't care for anything he needed phoebe. He turned left onto the apartment streets road. Once at the apartment he parked a little bit away, and proceeded up to the front desk. In a calm voice he asked. "Did anyone named phoebe check in lately.?" Cole asked. The man nodded. "Yes she just checked in not to long ago. She's in d7." He said pointing in the direction, "thank you." He said and walked towards the stairs and ran up them. That high up you can't really hear anything thats going on. Once at the 4th floor be ran to her apartment and knocked on the door. He hid on the wall and when she opened the door and looked up he reached over and graves her neck, dragging her inside. "Hi phoebe..." He said starring at her. Cole threw her to the ground and slammed the door shut. "I DIDNT GO THROUGH ALL THIS TO LOSE YOU PHOEBE." He locked he door "if I'm going down your coming with me." Cole said turning her way.

Phone heard a knock at the door she though it was piper or Paige coming over to see her place, she did invite them. She opened the door and took a step out. "Hell-" hands clasped around her neck, it was cole. "Cole..." She managed to say. He threw her on the ground. She got up off the ground and backed up putting her hands forward to try and stop him from getting closer. "Cole, I hate you! I want nothing to do with you anymore." She yelled. "Stay away from me!" She added. She watched him lock the door. Phoebe got by the bathroom door and opened it and got inside. She quickly closed it and locked the door. "Get out of here!" She screamed. Phoebe backed up in the shower, he was really strong when he was made and it was just an old wooden door. Phoebe looked in the mirror and said "what did I get myself into.." She whispered to herself and jumped when she heard a loud bang on the bathroom door. "Cole stop this!" She yelled to the door.

Cole watched as phoebe backed up. He got closer and closer locking down glass in anger. She made a somewhat smart but stupid move when she entered the bathroom. He walked up to the door and banged on it. "Open up phoebe!" He screamed. "Don't make me knock this door down." He said. After a little while old waiting he got impatient and kicked the door in. Phoebe screamed when he did so. He walked in band looked to his left seeing phoebe in the shower. He slowly walked over and stepped in the shower and closed the glass door. He put his hand on her cheek. "Its a shame inhale to hurt you for what your doing to me." He said and punched her in the gut, knocking the wind right out of her. Cole pushed her against the wallaby punched right next to her face but made sure he missed and hit the wall. The neighbors next door heard a loud bang and than a scream along with the sound of glass breaking. Cole picked phoebe up and took her out of the bathroom and threw her on the bed. Cole walked over and grabbed her neck, pushing her high up on the wall pinning her there. Phoebes hands clasped over his, she was trying to get his hands off her. "I don't want to hurt you phoebe! But you leave me no choice." He screams at her. Cole throws her at the wall by the neighbors room. The force of his throw made the wall crack a bit, phoebe hit the floor with a thud and is laying there, cole is standing over top of her now.

Phoebe screamed as he kicked the door open. "Stay away from me!" She screamed as he got closer. When cole came in the shower ah tried to back up more but there was no where to go. He punched her in the stomach causing the breath to be knocked out of her, she leaned forward in pain. She coughed as he pushed her against the wall, she stared in his dark eyes, "stop.." She whispered. Cole picked her up and threw her on the bed at least it was something soft this time. She closed her eyes as he got closer, when he grabbed her neck her eyes shot open she treys to kick him but he lifted her up on the wall so it made it harder. Everything went so fast, next thing she knew she was hitting the wall and than she was on the floor. Her body was aching with pain, her nose was bleeding a little bit. She tried to get up but she was to weak, she moved on her side staring up at cole. " you...monster..,h-how could you do th-this!" She managed to get out. She heard knocking comeing from the foot it was piper and Paige. "PIPER! PAIGE!!" She screamed.

Cole graves phoebe as she said their names. "Shut up!" He told her loudly. He slammed her against the wall. He put his hand to her mouth. He moved her to the floor and put his arms around he with his hand on her mouth. "Shhhh." He says "don't make me hurt your sisters..." He said holding phoebe close piper and Paige were banging on the door. "Phoebe!?" Piper screamed "Paige go get the manger." She whispered to her. Piper continues to try and get the door unlocked. Cole got up and made phoebe back up, she would kick and try to get loose. "Stop it phoebe...don't make me knock you out.." He whispered in her ear he held her closer to him, he knew if piper knew she was in trouble he was done for. "Phoebe..if your in any kind of trouble don't say anything.!" Piper said to the locked door. "Say something," cole said and let go of her mouth. She kept quiet he tightens his grin making it hurt phoebe "say something!" He told her.

Phoebe didn't want to say anything so Piper would know she's in trouble. But Cole forced her tears ran down her face. "Piper HELP ME COLE WO-" She was stopped by Cole's hand covering her mouth. "That's not what i meant. " Cole said to phoebe as he made the force of his grip hurt her some more. Phoebe tried to get loose but every time she moved the pain got worse. She tried to scream for Piper with Cole's hand over her mouth but you couldn't really understand it. She kicked her feet trying to hit the dresser, a few kicks in she hit it and made the lamp fall behind Cole. The manager came to the door. "Can you open the door?" Piper asked the manager he nodded and unlocked the door, he left before they opened it. When Piper opened the door she saw Cole standing with phoebe in his tight grasp. "Phoebe.." She said quietly. She looked at Cole "You bastard let her go!" She stepped closer. "Ah ah ah, one more step and i will break her neck..." He threatened "You would'n't dare.." Piper said, Cole let go of phoebes mouth and put his hand on her chin, ready to snap her neck if needed. "Try me.." He said. Phoebe put her hands to his trying to get him off. "Piper....." Phoebe said starring at her, with fear painted on her face. "Help me.." She said quietly. She heard police sirens pulling up to the apartment.."The police?!" Cole yelled. He began to drag phoebe back more. "I won't let them take me away from her!" He screamed. The police men rushed up tot he apartment pointing guns at him. "Let her go Cole..." one man said to him.

Cole looked at the police. "NO! I need her! You can't make me stop loving her..." He said. He said pulling her closer to him. "Cole..." Phoebe said. "Your scaring me...this isn't like you.." She says to him, trying to pry his hands off, she glared up at him, his eye's met hers "IF you really love me, you'll let go.." Cole looked at her and started to tear up, he let go and pulled her into a hug. "I'm so sorry.....i-i don't know why i do this." Phoebe wraps her arms around him, "it's alight..." She says "Shhh.." Cole closes his eye's and hugs her tight. He opens his eye's and looks at phoebe, his eye's were sad, and full of regret. He looked at the police and back at phoebe. Cole stood up straight and looked at the room.."Phoebe..i have to go..i have to spend my time in jail. I promise i'll be a better person I swear to you." He says, he gazes into phoebe's eyes "please give me another chance." He says taking her hands.

Phoebe looks into his eye's. "if I'm outside of the gate in a week, you'll get your answer.." She says to him. She looked over at the police who were heading their way, as they took Cole away she saw him mouth 'I love you' To phoebe. She walked over to Piper and hugged her. Paige came up and hugged phoebe. She was glad she had them. "lets go home.." Piper said. They grabbed phoebes things and headed to Pipers. The police car with Cole in the back pulled out before them, with it's sirens on. Once at Pipers phoebe walked inside and signed. "I hope he really does change..." She says to Piper. Phoebe walks into the living room, and sat on the couch, "I've been through so much in the last few days, it's just hard to take in.." She says putting her hand to her forehead. Piper walks over and sits down next to phoebe putting her arm around her. rubbing her forearm. "Everything will be alright honey.." Piper says to her. Phoebe looks at piper "Oh can you be sure... i love him i just want him to love me, and not hurt me..." Phoebe says "I just want things to be normal.." She says. "Oh phoebe i know i only want the best for you. I just hope he does learn." Piper says to phoebe in a calm tone. "He'll come round hopefully." She says to phoebe.

Cole sits in the car as they take a long drive to the prison. He knew it would be hard, they took him right to his cell. It was already lock down, people called him names and yelled at him as he walked by. He didn't care all he cared about was changing for phoebe. It will be what he is focusing on his time in here. When they opened is cell, he walked in and they took his chains off. Cole sits on his mattress they provided, and went to sleep. When the bell rang for them to get up and remain to their normal scheduled he walked out and headed to the yard, he'd spend his time thinking about what he had done and how he can control is anger. He walked up to the guard and asked him "Is there any classes on anger management?" The guard nodded and took him there. He sat down with a bunch of others. The director asked him his name and how he got here. the room fell silent as he talked. "My names Cole. The reason I'm here is because i would hurt my girlfriend, in anger and i told her i'd change while I'm here." He paused "and that's exactly what I'm going to do." He says looking straight into the directors eye's. "Okay, Cole what makes you mad..how do you get violent. or what makes you violent." Cole looks down and thinks. "Little things i guess..Things she does wrong, i want to learn to except she can do everything to my liking.." He says looking down to his feet. Through his week in jail he's sit in class trying to deal with his problem, on the last day he was there he got his stuff and headed to the gate where they let them out.

A week goes by and she gets in a nice outfit and heads to the prison, she wants to know if he's changed. He does deserve another chance. She gets out of the cab which soon drives away, she walks up tot he gate, phoebe looks to her left seeing a bunch of guys looking out at her. Kinda creepy if you ask her. She looks at the gate and see's it open. When they opened she saw Cole standing there. He looked different. It was a good different. She smiled at him, and walked over to him. "Cole.. She says looking up at him, she wraps her arms around him "I've missed you so much..I'm giving you another chance.." She smiles at him and gives him a kiss. she looks up at him "You got taller.." She smiles. "It hasn't been the same without you around. I've been lost with out you.." She admits. She looks over and see them still staring. "Why are they staring at us?" She asks Cole, while looking over at the crowd of men. She just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything to worries about though with him at her side she felt safer now. "I hope you've changed, i feel like i can see you've changed." she says placing her hands on his chest.

Cole walked out of the gated area and saw phoebe standing there waiting for him. That made him smile. Phoebe hugged him and he wrapped his arms around her. "Im so happy your here. And that your giving me another chance." He kissed her deeply. He looked over when she asked about those guys. "Oh they just wanted to see if you'd come." He smiled looking down at her. He held her close, which made phoebe pull away, "whats wrong?" He asks putting his hands on her shoulder which made her fling back. "Phoebe?" He asks her, the guys behind him are whispering. "Did I do something?" He adds to the question he hopes that he didn't do anything to mean to her right at that moment.

Phoebe recoiled when cole grabbed her into a tight hug. It made the memories of him punishing her come flying back. Even when he touched her shoulder it made her flinch, the pain of being abused like that she can't handle anymore, it scared her. "I...I'm just not use to being touched again after....after what happened." She says looking down to the concrete. "I'll be okay..." She says and smiles up at him. "Come on.." She says taking his hand and leading him to a cab. They got into the can and took a 15 minute ride back to their home. Once there she told cole to close his eyes. When they entered she said to opened them. A crown of his friends and family were there to greet him. Phoebe looked over at him " surprise..." She says to him.

When phoebe told him why she had recoiled. "I understand." He said. They got into the cab and took the 15 minute ride to their home. He was a little confused when phoebe told him to close his eyes. Cole did as she asked as she led him inside. When the door shut she told him to open up his eyes, when he opened his eyes all his friends and family. Cole was completely surprised he had no idea. He smiled at phoebe when she said surprise. "Wha-what is this?" He said looking at her in surprise. It was a good surprise he just didn't expect this when he got out of prison.

Phoebe looked at cole "its a welcome home party." She said smiling. "You deserve it you've changed so much. In a good way." Phoebe put her hand on his shoulder. "Go have fun. Talk." She said to him and walked off into the kitchen to bring out all the snacks. She feels someone kiss her neck. "Cole..I told-" she said as she turned around, it wasn't cole. "Jason? What are you dough here.." She says pushing him away. He was her ex before cole. Jason moved closer to phoebe, phoebe put her arm out to stop him. "I don't remeber putting you on the guest list." She says looking at him. "I know I just showed up to see you....I've missed you." He said touching her shoulder. Phoebe moved her shoulder, "I told you i never wanted to see you again." She told him. "Get out and stay away from me" she threatened. Jason gripped her shoulder so she couldn't move. "Jason!" She yelled. "Shut up. You have no idea how much pain i go through just thinking about you." He said "let go your hurting me.." Phoebe said to him "No phoebe you have to listen to me! I can't live anymore without you by my side..I've missed you to much to let you out of my life." Jason says to her.

Cole watches as phoebe heads to the kitchen. He looks at everyone who came and walked over and began to chat with that catching up, asking how they've been and how their lives are going. He hears phoebe say Jason pretty loudly. "One second guys, I'll be right back" he says politely. Cole heads to the kitchen to see what the loudness is all about. When he entered he looked over to were phoebe was, seeing the man he thinks Jason is, cor boring phoebe to the counter. "Hey!" He yells. He walked over and pushes him off by pulling on his shoulder. "What do you think your doing?!" He demands to know trying to keep his angry in tack. Jason looks at him and says "woahhhh calm down im just talking to phoebe.." He says grinning over at her. Phoebe wraps her arm around her shoulder and rests her head on her forearm.

Phoebe wraps her arms around cole for protection "like hell you were..." She says staring at him. "Get out of here.." She demands. Jason looks at phoebe "I'll be back...this won't be the end of me." He says and leaves without another word. Phoebe gets in front of cole, she places her hands on his chest looking up at him "everything's okay now. I'm proud of you." She tells him he didn't flip any trays smash any thing he was calm and collected. She smiles at him and grabbed a tray. "Let's get back to your party, and celebrate." She says leading him out to his party guests. Phoebe sets down the tray on the table "any refreshments or good is on the table, help yourselfs." She announces. She walks over to where cole is chatting with some old friends, she wraps her one arm around his waist. "Hey guys, you all having a good time?" She asks them. One of his friends look and her and say "yeah thanks phoebe awesome party." He smiles at her. "So cole how've you been past few days?" His other friend asks.

Cole watches as Jason leaves. He turned to phoebe before they left. "Did he hurt you?" He asks her, "No it's alright he just grabbed my shoulders a bit to hard." She pats his chest and walks out with a tray of food. Cole follows and walks over to two of his close friends. "Hey guys." He says approaching them. Soon after Phoebe comes along, he smiles at her. "I've been better, things seem to be looking up for me." He says to his friends "You never know how much people care until it's to late.." He paused. "I learned that the hard way." he placed his hand gentle on phoebe rubbing her forearm. "I honestly don't know where i'd be without phoebe by my side." He smiles looking down at her. He over up and see's one of his siblings. "Excuse me for a moment." he excuses himself and walks over to him. "Hey.." he said coming up to him. His brother turned around and smiled "Hey brother!" He grabbed him into a big hug. "It's been so long." He smiles at him. "it has been." he says patting his shoulder. "I'm glad you came..hows everyone?" Cole asks "We're all great. thanks or asking." his brother says.

Phoebe takes her arm away from Cole, as he excused himself. She watched him go over to his brother. Phoebe smiled at him,"Your a lucky girl, phoebe." She looks over at him "I am aren't I? Thank you.." she says smiling at him. "Excuse me guys..." she says and walks over to her sisters. "Hey...thank you for coming." She says to them putting her arms around their shoulders "I really am glad you came." she walked them to the couch and they sat down. To catch up on things. They sat there for maybe an hour and than the party was diminishing, people starting leaving. She got up with her sisters and went to the kitchen and cleaned up. By the time they were done there was Cole's brother and phoebe's sister's. They walked up to Cole, and his brother. "Hey guys, having a good time. Catching up?" Cole nodded and his brother looked at her "Your a lucky man Cole..." he says to him, Cole put his arm around her and phoebe rested her heads on his chest. with her arms wrapped around him.

Phoebe looks at his brother with a smile as he said Cole was a lucky guy. "You can stay the night if you like..We wouldn't mind." Phoebe says to his brother, Cole nods "Yeah, we need to catch up." Cole adds. Piper and Paige get their coats "Sorry to interrupter but Paige and I are heading out. We'll stop by tomorrow." Phoebe hugs Piper and Paige. "Thank you for coming." She tells them. They smile at her and head out the door. Now it's just them three, "You going to stay?" Cole asks his brother. "Yeah, that would be nice." He says to Cole, "Thanks for the offer." He adds. Phoebe smiles and so does Cole. "I'll get the guest bedroom in order." Phoebe says leaving them and going up stairs. Cole looked at his brother and said to him "Come on, lets sit down." They head to the couch.

She turns on the light to the guest bedroom and walks in over to the bed fixing the pillows and blankets. She hears the door close, and lock. She straightened her back and peered behind her, but as she was looking to see who it was the lights turned off. She turns completely around. "Who's there?" She asks through the darkness. "Cole if you and your brother are playing a joke i don't think it's funny.." She says. Phoebe doesn't dare move. She hears foot steps getting closer and closer to her. Phoebes heart starts to beat faster and faster. She feels hands on her waist from behind, the hands pull her body on the bed and they wrap around her, including the feet, Who ever had her is sitting Chris-crossed with his legs wrapping around her. "I told you i'd be back..." she hears that being whispered in her ear.. "Jason?" He kisses her neck. "Bingo Phoebe, it's me." Phoebe struggles to get away... "Oh no your not getting away from me now...your mine." Jason says to her in a whisper. Phoebes heart is beating faster now, "Let go of me Jason....Or i swear i'll scream. Cole will come busting through that door and you'll be sorry.." She threatens. Jason puts his hand over phoebe's mouth. "Oh, phoebe do you really think i wasn't prepared for that.." He laughs.

Cole hears faint talking in the background, "hmm" cole looks over his shoulder at the door as he closes. "Alright I think something's wrong, phoebe wouldn't close a door if she's just tidying up." Cole gets up from the couch. "Alright be quiet when approaching the door" cole tells his brother as they head to the door. Cole gets to the door, he presses his ear against the door hearing what he thinks is a mans voice. "Alright I need to get in there...get me something to unlock the door." He whispers to his brother Curtis. His brother brings back a pin that could open a door and hands it to cole. "Alright I have to do this quietly" he whispered gently putting it in the key hole trying to unlock it, 4 minutes pass and he unlocked it. "Got it" he whispered and slowly opened the door, he opens it fully and turned on the light seeing Jason and phoebe. "You.." Cole says. Jason looks him i the eyes and presses his face against phoebes, "oh look they found me" he says to phoebe while starring at cole and Curtis.

Phoebe looks at cole and his brother with helpless eyes, he has complete control over her she can't move. She moves her shoulder to get his face off her but he doesn't move. Phoebe closes her eyes she wishes she'd stop getting into situations like this. Jason looks at cole. "You wouldn't want to get your angry problem back, now would you." He tells him challenging him. He sees as his fists clench up, on anger. Jason laughed, and kissed phoebe. Phoebe jerked her had to the side to get him to stop. "Oh come on phoebe, you like it..I know you." Phoebe started at him, Jason kissed her neck again. She admitted to herself she did like it. In fact she loved when someone kissed her neck, fighting it made it more pleasurable. Jason smiles at her and looked at cole.
