Overview: Carlisle is a quiet one, preferring to keep his emotions to himself rather than openly espousing them. Despite his cynical outlook on life, he genuinely believes in and hopes for a brighter future not only for mutants, but for all of humankind. Although at heart he is a reserved person, he is not adverse to utilising emotional and romantic manipulation to achieve what he desires. Due to the nature of his power, Carlisle often worries that one day he will permanently 'fade away' from the world, becoming utterly forgotten, as if he were never here. Despite being partially trained in combat, Carlisle much prefers using subterfuge, trickery and stealth to carry out operations.
