Harry has dark brown hair, sporting a blue leather jacket, and a double strapped holster underneath. His remaining attire (shirt, boots, jeans, fingerless gloves) are completely black. He also sports brown semi-shades. He is a tall individual, standing at six feet tall, weighing 180 lbs. He is clearly in shape, having an athletic build.
Personality: He is a very perverse individual, although honorably so. While he is known for schmoozing with various women, he has been known to stay with one at a time, as well as avoid attempting to court those in a relationship. In terms of interactions with others, he is quite charismatic and cheerful, generally able to talk himself through most sticky situations. However, when it comes to business, he's no nonsense. When in a gunfight, he is quick and efficient, very rarely losing concentration. Along with this, he has been considered comparable to Vash in terms of ethics: he tries his hardest to avoid killing individuals, even if it puts him in danger. When approached about his childhood however, he becomes anti-social, if not downright angry. While fairly high-tempered, he has been known to act out violently when pushed to limits.
Likes/ dislikes: He (clearly) favors the company of women, drinking (not for the sake of getting drunk, as it's impossible for him), collecting bounties. He absolutely detests criminals involved in heinous acts, such as murder, and has issues talking about his childhood (specifically involving his father).

History: Not much is actually known about him. He is very secretive about most of his past. However, what is known about him is that he became a noticeable figure at a relatively young age. At the age of 18, he collected his first bounty. While not the most noticeable figure, only worth about $$10,000, the way the figure was dispatched was impressive to those who witnessed it. Despite being a part of a five man gang, each one armed, he incapacitated them quickly, rendering two of them unconscious with hand to hand combat, while forcing the others to surrender at gun point. While some dubbed it dumb luck, it was several bounties later that acquired him rather famous notoriety. He tracked down Lucius Benkman, a noted murderer of several lawmen and notorious cheat during duels, and challenged him. Despite trying to use dirty tactics, Benkman was outgunned by Harry. It was also a surprise to those who had witnessed this that he let the man live. From there on out, he had began to make a name for himself, earning the name "Hurricane Harry" for the way he stormed in through towns, collecting the bounties: fast, furious, and precise. It was later his name became synonymous with the weapon he carried: a customized .50 magnum, using distinctive rounds.
While respected as a bounty hunter (his skill is revered and spends his money quite generously, his past beyond his fame is less than glamorous. Few know about the status of his childhood. He has made it known that he was quite a poor individual, due to similar practices that he shared with his father. While he clearly shows a doting respect for his mother, whom he speaks highly of, he never speaks about his father, other than mentioning he made his life a living hell. Save for his mother, not a single soul knows what happened between them. He only tells those he truly trusts the full truth about what happened. In terms of why he has such a huge interest in Vash, he has made it known that he had an encounter with him. He hinted that during a raid in his hometown, Vash supposedly saved him. Some say that he says this may be him lying in order to further his name, but this has been debated.
Other: He works as a bounty-hunter during most times. He has been known to have a heavy desire to find Vash the Stampede. People wonder if it's really for the bounty though, given he practically mirrors him in skill and ethics. Whenever asked about what he would do with the money, he laughs and changes the subject.
